What a fantastic place! We enjoyed it very much. Beautiful nature with a camping feeling. The cottage is rather small but very nice. And our daughters really enjoyed the separate guest house. The large garden with all its magical places is wonderful. Alex is a great host, always responded quickly and solved any problems. He even prepared the whirlpool for us. And his dog Audrey is adorable. We can highly recommend this accommodation and hope to come back one day. Thank you Alex!

Was a super nice weekend getaway! Definitely recommending the jacuzzi and barbecuing with a view!! Bathroom felt a bit cramped for 6 people. Alright for a short period of time though. Would book it again 10/10 wow

Great relaxing experience, fully deserves the "superhost" badge. Rooms and Jaccuzi pre-heated before check-in, you can feel overall a commitment from the host to provide superior hospitality. The place is full of amenities (soaps, hand towels, candles, etc..), nice decoration touches. Sauna and jaccuzi looked quite new and worked perfectly. We appreciated the modern equipments (Apple TV, dryer). The football goals available in the garden were a real plus for our boys. We'd like to come back in the summer when more outdoor activities are possible, so we can explore vätö a bit more.

Thank you Joanna for a lovely stay. We stayed here for 3 nights in October and it’s safe to say that the pictures do not do this place justice. The place is private and it is an excellent location with lots of activities (kayaking, paddle boarding). We enjoyed it a lot!

Very nice place to stay in, which was warmly decorated with full of things to do inside and outside. We have been there with friends and two babies. The place was warm for a cold autumn. The towels and linens were super clean and smelling really fresh. We loved the jakuzi and the balcony as the lights on the patio was soo authentic that we didn't want to go inside. Erica was super reachable and able to answer any questions quickly. Highly recomending.

Beautiful place, felt very spoilt to have our own sauna and hot tub inside our accommodation. We absolutely loved it, beautiful walks on your doorstep.

Vi hade det fantastiskt mysigt i Marias stuga. Bastun och badtunnan gjorde kvällen, avslutades med middag från grillen! Inne är stugan modern och hemtrevlig, med allt man kan behöva. Maria var snabb och trevlig i kommunikationen. Tack!

Superfint naturområde, nära vatten för bad och fiske. Jag rekommenderar att utforska dag ett då det finns flera platser vid vatten att hitta, finns både för den som vill bada och den som vill fiska. Dock så hittade vi fiskeplatsen för sent. Stugan är häftig, man har allt vad man behöver. Vi tog med oss ett popup-tält som var välbehövlig då det regnade. Värden är trevlig och svarar alltid supersnabbt. Tack Vi kommer säkert tillbaka

Nous avons excellent séjour dans la maison de Carl. L'emplacement dans la nature magnifique de l'Archipelago de Stockholm permet de nombreuses promenades, alternant sous bois accueillants, bords de lacs et de mer baltique. La maison est vraiment à 100 mètres de la mer qu'on aperçoit à travers les bouleaux qui bordent la propriété. L'été, on doit pouvoir faire du kayak ou du paddle en toute tranquillité et sillonner les canaux à l'abri du vent. Le petit port de Stavnas, point de départ vers les îles de l'extrême est de l'archipel (dont la fameuse et merveilleuse Sandham) est à peine à 10 mn en voiture. Il y a une grande épicerie ICA et une boulangerie à quelques mn de la maison. Le premier system bolaeget se trouve à Gustavberg, environ 25 km. Le restaurant du Stromma Krog, à une dizaine de km est parfait pour dîner ou prendre un pot au bord de l'eau. Enfin, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour cuisiner. Le barbecue à gaz est très efficace. Merci encore à Carl !

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with nice walks nearby. The cottage is very well equipped. The sauna and wharf are picturesque. Ulla and Karl-Gustav are the most fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive and available but also respect the space. We would love to come back!

Har besökt detta ställe flera gånger, och det är perfekt för ändamålet. Det stora utrymmet på tredje våningen är som gjort för ändamål som behöver mycket plats. Köket är socialt, och sovrummen är bekväma och mörka.

I had such a beautiful experience staying here that I can’t stop talking about it to my friends. The island is stunning and with everything that the hosts make available for use, like the kayak, there’s plenty to do. It’s quiet and private, with plenty of areas where to lounge and look at the sunset. The cottage photos don’t make it justice as it’s even more cute and curated than it appears. The hosts are incredibly kind , helpful and down to accomodate requests and necessities. I will always remember this place and keep it in my heart hoping to go back!

Mikael var en exemplarisk värd som fick oss att känna oss som hemma. En väldigt fin stuga, perfekt för en familj att spendera några dagar i skärgården, oavsett väder. Barnen älskade allt som gick att göra. Ett välutrustat kök med riktiga vinglas, vassa knivar och basutbud av kryddor, oljor etc. som gjorde att det var en fröjd att laga mat. Kan verkligen rekommendera Mikaels stuga.

We spent a great quiet Easter weeking in Elin's house. The house has a homey feel, is bigger than we expected and is placed in a quiet area, far from busy roads. Elin left clear instructions for our stay, which made the whole experience very smooth. The weather was not in our favour, so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the garden, but there were plenty of walking routes available in the forests nearby, so we could enjoy nature despite the rain. We would gladly go back on another occasion.

We kwamen voor de tweede keer bij Lena en haar schapen. We hebben het weer heel fijn gehad. De schapen hadden net allemaal lammetjes gekregen, prachtig gezicht!

beautiful location. it's exactly as it looks and our 8 year old loved the raft ferry to the island. we loved the sauna and the views. Alexander was very kind and responsive.

A cosy cabin behind Karin’s house with a lot of privacy still. Karin kindly greeted us when we arrived and provided us with a lot of tips for h to the area and Stockholm. The beach nearby is small but quiet. The cabin itself was clean, well-equipped and had everything we needed. We had a great stay.

Ihana mummonmökki( hinta/laatu kohdallaan), hyvällä maulla remontoitu🤩😍. Ilma oli hyvä, eikä vanhan talon hajua, jota pelkäsin. Putket olivat uusittu, joten ostamamme vesipullo oli turha. Kylppärin suihku epäilytti, mutta toimi loistavasti. Kiitos ihanasta lomasta, olimme ainoastaan 3 yötä, mutta ihastuin. Lähellä olevaUpsala tuli nähdyksi osittain🥗🌯🍲🛒,hyvä ostos kaupunki meille maalaisille😃 Mutta matkakohteemme tärkein oli poikani tapaaminen ja uskoisin hänen käydessään majoituksessamme, suosittelevan muillekkin.🤩 Iso kiitos🥰

Die Unterkunft auf Tranholmen ist ein Juwel. Die ruhige Lage der Insel mit der gut zu erreichbaren Innenstadt ist für einen Urlaub mit Natur und Sightseeing ideal. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was für einen entspannten Urlaub gebraucht wird. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut und Linda und Familie ist vor Ort auch zu erreichen. Eine tolle Erfahrung, danke das wir Gäste sein durften. 😊

Confortable, joli et en pleine nature, à 2 min à pied du ponton pour la baignade ; séjour très agréable et reposant avec de nombreux sentiers dans la forêt à partir du logement. Hôtes très accueillants.

It was a very pleasant stay at Gabriel's place! We enjoyed the surroundings to walk and the sauna. The place is very cosy and quiet. We recommend this location for peaceful holidays.

Great experience! 🤩 We booked for a birthday getaway and were more than satisfied with our stay. The spa exceeded our expectations, it was very clean, cozy and we had a delicious fruit platter with some drinks. The view from the sauna and hot tub was also absolutely lovely. We also had booked a dinner in the form of a home cooked meal, delicious! The hosts are very caring and accommodating and despite being close it felt very private. The breakfast is great and the area is beautiful. We took a long hike one of the days in the nearby natural preserve, which was beautiful. Worth every penny and we definitely recommend! 🌺

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Supermarkt, Strand, Bäcker...). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Es ist sehr ruhig am Waldesrand.
