Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Excellent accommodation in a very nice & quiet location. Easy access to the town & harbour where you could find restaurants, pubs & walking routes around the local area.

A lovely apartment in a great location - convenient for the beautiful beaches and Dartmouth, with a great local pub, restaurant and shop. Emma had put great thought into providing all the information a visitor would need and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Lovely stay at Merida apartment. Myself, my partner, our 6 month old daughter and my mum stayed here. Very clean and cosy accommodation. Beds very comfortable, travel cot for our daughter was great. The bathroom is very nice also! Fully functioning kitchen with everything you could need which was great for us with a baby! Short 5 minute walk to Torquay harbour which was full of nice pubs, shops and restaurants. Also easy enough to go for a longer walk if want to. Over all accommodation and location were excellent and we are already talking of booking again. Louise was also very responsive in the lead up to our arrival and we met her when we arrived. This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

We were very impressed with Adam’s apartment. It was very clean with everything you could need. It was in a beautiful location looking over Goodrington beach with sea views. The doors opened up onto the balcony which was great. The swimming pool looked lovely but the weather was just too cold to use it in February. It was only a short stroll to the beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return.

Great 3 bed spacious apartment, 3 minute walk to cliff top promenade. A fab stay in Babbacombe and easy access to Torquay via a 5 minute drive. We’d stay again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Admiral’s Quarters. The accommodation is in a brilliant location really close to the centre of Dartmouth but very peaceful with the most beautiful views. The place is immaculate and has everything you need for a really comfortable stay . Peter was super helpful and friendly and helped us with our bags when we arrived , he was also on hand if we had any questions or queries . We all had the most relaxing stay in the most beautiful location , we will definitely come back in the near future . Really appreciated the welcome gifts of delicious shortbread & fudge. Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. We had such a lovely week here over Easter. The views are to die for at this property, and even on the odd rainy day it was simply a pleasure to be in this house soaking up the wonderful views all around. Hot tub was also amazing and loads of lovely places to sit outside too. The beds were super comfy and the place peaceful, but also pubs and Dartmouth just a step away. Mark was a super helpful host as well. Thank you 😊

We all would like to thank Tonia for letting us stay at her airbnb. It was perfect for our weekend break meeting up with friends. Location was ideal, just 20 min walk to event. Home was clean and spacious, everything we needed was provided. We look forward to booking again next year !

Jenny's place is lovely. Although we didn't realise there were steps up to the house we got around this as our son proved able to climb the steps

We stayed here for the weekend for my father-in-laws 80th birthday. The house was perfect for 7 adults and 3 children. More than enough space for everyone and more than well enough equipped! There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The location was wonderful, walkable for those that wanted to down to Hope Cove and lots of other lovely beaches and places to visit nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer! The house has a lovely home from home feeling and we all had a great weekend. Would recommend it!

I had a really lovely stay in Totnes, Tom and Becky were great hosts and gave loads of recommendations for food, shopping and things to do. The flat itself was beautiful and made for a really relaxing stay, it had everything I needed. The location was also great, I arrived by train and everything was within walking distance and easy to get to. I’d love to stay again!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

We enjoyed an excellent break here over Christmas. The apartment is exactly as described, having large bedrooms with great views over Torbay and a very well equipped kitchen that was a blessing for making a Christmas dinner! Dean was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay and I would highly recommend.

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

A lovely, comfortable place to stay, with everything you need and in a great location, close to the beach as well as the town centre, but quiet as well. And best of all, the flat has super views of the Estuary and the spectacular sunsets. Jennifer is a great host, helpful and friendly. We've had a very relaxing break, and definitely hope to be back. Highly recommend.
