The cottage was absolutely lovely, cosy and welcoming, everything you needed, home from home. I wanted to get away from it all and this property certainly provided me with a great location to explore the coast, lovely walks with my dog and was so quiet, it was heaven. If you want to hear real stillness and nature at its best, this is the place for you. The Bed was really comfy with good showering facilities, couldn’t fault it. Simon and Jo very helpful and friendly, introduced themselves to me. I will be back soon. I was just wondering if What three words would help re location as I did struggle with locating the property. Fantastic place to stay, great location has everything you need and more. The only thing I would say is the main door downstairs to get in is quite tricky the key needs to be wiggled quite a bit to get it to open. A hard turn to the left gets it working once you know how. We loved our stay the home is gorgeous inside and couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We are already looking at dates to book to come back in a few months time

An enjoyable one night stay for a friend's celebration. The apartment is perfectly located for all Yarm has to offer, and just a short walk to the high street. Everything was as the description, and extremely comfortable. Ollie had thoughtfully left milk in the fridge (both plant based and normal), and there was tea and coffee available. Ollie was available to meet me when I arrived and left, he was an excellent host and responded very quickly when I contacted him the day before arriving. I would recommend the apartment and would very happily stay again.

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

We spent the Easter weekend at Fullans Granary, visiting nearby relatives. The place is lovely, with everything a family would need. The grounds were stunning and our boys enjoyed running around with the dog and feeding the sheep. Rosalinda was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was a relatively small double bed in the master bedroom.

I rarely ever write reviews but this one was too amazing not to. Everything from the small details for my sister's birthday to the place blew us away. It's like a small paradise & completely unique. Very private & peaceful! I 100% would return, you will not regret booking this gem of a place. Thank you the most amazing hosts for being so kind & thoughtful!

A great place. We had the mother in law with us so the downstairs bedroom and shower room were brilliant for her. Easily accessible with a lovely host. We will stay again when up visiting next time! Thank you Cate.

This was everything I was looking for in a solo retreat. I felt right at home, everything was already set up so didn't need to faf about. The accommodation was pristine and emaculant so no issues about worrying if I need to clean before setting up. When checking in, there is no reception in the area but luckily check in instructions were clear which made it soo much easier.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

Beautiful cottage that was decorated to a really high spec. Perfect location for a visit to Durham uni. If my son decides Durham is for him we would definitely stay again

Had a fantastic stay here. A family of 4 (2 teen boys), my brother in law and 2 dogs. Great location - an easy walk into town and very quiet too. The host was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable - lovely fresh, clean and crisp white linen. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitby.

An extremely well equipped kitchen, relaxing lounge/ dining area and comfortable beds make it a real “ home from home’ - one we would definitely return to if we were visiting the area in the future. Barry and Sue have gone the extra mile to provide information, maps and suggestions so that you can make the most of every minute! The communal gardens with stunning views is the perfect spot to unwind. Centrally located with a short walk to all amenities and tourist attractions with covered private parking was a real bonus. We would recommend without hesitation: the best Airbnb that we have stayed in. Fully agree with previous reviews.

This is a great place to stay, right on the marina walking distance from many good restaurants and a great place to just take a stroll. Graham was always there to answer questions before we arrived. Everything in the Condo is well marked, he has all of the user manuals for all of the appliances and such. Notes conveniently placed so that you understand what is going on and how things work. We stayed for a whole month and was well worth the money for the stay. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

We love this place. We’ve been before and will definitely be back. The cottage itself is beautiful and quiet, exactly what we needed. It is very handy, in walking distance from several cafes, pubs and restaurants. Rachel is very responsive and helpful. Lovely touches of bread, butter, milk and marmalade, on arrival.

What a fabulous apartment! Everything was as advertised, clean, welcoming and homely. it was a lovely start to our stay to find little 'extras' left by the host (wine, crisps, biscuits) and cute knitted ducks left on our pillows containing cream eggs....very fitting for our Easter break. I would highly recommend

Det var en mysig lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt över centrala Darlington. Det var kallt när vi anlände men det löste sig när vi kommunicerade med värden om hur man höjde temperaturen. Dock hade det en tendens att kännas lite kallt. Den extra bäddsoffan skulle kunnat förbättrats med en bäddmadrass och täcket där var för tunt när vi hade kallt i lägenheten. Sängen var mycket bekväm och täcket där var supertjockt. Vi tycker att läget är mycket bra och trivdes gott!

Great flat and location! The local area was lovely, nice walks, pub opposite and shop next door. The flat was an ideal location for exploring neighbouring towns and walking areas. The flat was exactly as described on the listing and Chris’ communication throughout the stay was great
