Lovely flat, clean, modern and tidy in a great location just outside Aberdeen. Sea view included. Jonathan was very attentive in getting back to my messages and we would love to stay here again when we are visiting Cove.

Great place to stay for visiting St Andrews. Situated in the perfect location and peaceful despite being on one of the 3 main streets. The flat was very clean and had all the things you need for a stay.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely peaceful area. The house is so lovely tastefully decorated with everything you could need. The area is lovely with miles of beach and coastline to explore. Shonagh is a great host and responded quickly and was very helpful returning a sweater that we accidentally left. I would highly recommend this gem of a place.

De communicatie verliep erg goed. De verhuurders waren erg vriendelijk. De accommodatie had alles tot in details wat wij nodig hadden, ook veel basis voorzieningen. Fijn dat we Netflix konden kijken. Vele winkels en restaurants en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand om de hoek. Het wijkje Fittie - Footdee was erg apart en aan te lopen. Het appartement bevond zich op de begane grond van het appartementen complex wat afgesloten was, een soort binnenplein / tuin waar ons hondje haar behoefte kon doen. De ruimtes waren perfect voor ons gezin. Ook fijn dat we af en toe een wasje konden draaien. Owja en de bedden sliepen heerlijk! De laatste dag voelde ik me niet lekker, maar heb gewoon de klok rond geslapen. Dochter heeft nog supergave schoenen gevonden in de winkel aan de overkant. Dit appartement zullen we zeker aanbevelen! The rooftop apartment did not disappoint. My husband had rented it before but this was my first time. Watch out for the seagulls on the roof and bring your earplugs for the morning hours. Regardless, a lovely place to stay!

Our second stay in the Boot Room did not disappoint! An easy 5 minute walk to the center of town, having our home base at the Boot Room made for a very enjoyable stay. Easy car parking and plenty of space to relax after exploring St Andrews and the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend!

Myself & my daughter had a 2 night stay in the apartment whilst visiting St Andrews University. The apartment is in a great, central location close to all the bars, restaurants, cafes & beach. The apartment was clean, spacious & communication with the host was exceptional. Only negative was the traffic noise in the front bedroom due to the single glazing.

The Auld Kirk Apartment was an absolutely lovely stay. It’s just as pictured, and so close to everything. We walked everywhere we went—the University, the beach, downtown, and the train station. Fraser and Leanne were responsive and helpful, and I would recommend a stay here and a bite at Nargile’s down the road to anyone.

It was simply the best, it was even better than the pictures, which were great. Loved the decor throughout, it was finished to a high standard and spotlessly cleaned. Lots of space, the shower room and sauna were impressive. Lawrence was the perfect host, really made us feel welcome. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants, train station a 5 min walk. We will definitely be back!

Our hostess was Amanda, and she had asked if we were to be there for a special event. I said it was our 60th wedding anniversary. We were met with a splendid bouquet of flowers, and a bottle of wine. Quite unexpected, but very much appreciated. The situation is perfect, so is the flat. We visited the theatre and the cinema. The indie cinema is really good, comfy and spotless, with a lovely cafe etc. The theatre is a lovely place too, again with a friendly cafe and bar.

The place is pretty nice and very homey, everywhere you wanna go is within walking distance

Great apartment. It's located a short 5 min walk to the main town, and only a 8 min walk to the Old Course. The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings; light and bright. Each room can be made up as a double bed, or 2 single beds. There is even a pullout couch in the main living room if needed. Gary provided some tea, coffee, sugar, and a few other items in the pantry if you were going to cook. There is everything you'd need kitchen wise; plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils. I highly recommend this rental if you are headed to St. Andrews. I hope to be back to the area again, and I'll definitely be booking this apartment again.

From the initial booking to leaving, Margarita was always quick to respond, within minutes. The apartment is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. It is ideally located for access to the town centre and beach and the private parking spot is a real plus. Will definitely be booking again when we come back up to Arbroath. 11 out of 10!

My husband, daughter and I had a great stay at Kim’s place. Free parking right outside, very tidy and lovely decor. The flat was warm, it was very quiet - didn’t hear any noise from other flats/people - and the shower was fabulous! The mattress was also wonderful, super comfortable. Close to the beach, Science Centre, Codona’s, etc, which is great for families. Kim was a lovely host and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The flat was fantastic. Very clean and smelled great. I loved the big comfy couch to chill out on at the end of the day. It was also stocked with breakfast and coffee on arrival which was fantastic. I had a rental car so it was nice that it had its own parking space. I'd definitely book here again.

Stunning apartment! Lots of space. Lovely extra touches like White Company toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco. Communication excellent. Fabulous location, would definitely go back.

I am so pleased I booked this place and would return. All of the small touches had been thought of which made the experience special. The host provided a very clear short video showing us exactly how to get in. As you walk into the hall, you are welcomed with a beautiful fresh aroma, I think from scented diffuser sticks. There was Prosecco and tasty cookies on the dining table. The room was pristinely clean and beautifully presented. The bed was covered with a host of comfy cushions and offered a restful sleep. TV and all appliances had instructions to hand, though they were simple to use. Easy walking distance to high street and the beach and free parking off the main road.

When we arrived, Aimee came ouside to greet us, lovely lady, very friendly! Place looked exactly like the pictures, hot tub was spacious with different settings and temperature control. Also got to see the chickens in the backyard, and Aimee had picked out a few eggs and left them in a basket for us! Lovely place and amazing apartment, we felt right at home! Absolutely worth the stay!

Was a fantastic base while visiting family and days out, felt homely and relaxing with the sound of the river. Perfect location for shops and public transport. Will definately use again
