We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Sitting/dining area with table, sofa bed & second free view TV, adjoining a kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cupboards, crockery and utensils.

Our Top cottage studio room is in a converted barn in the centre of Cotgrave village, 10 minutes from Nottingham. A lovely airy cottage with exposed beams. Kitchen sink with a fridge. (No cooking facilities). Ensuite shower/toilet. Shaver point. Super king size or twin Hypnos bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. Breakfast is available on request at £12.50 per person. Dog friendly. We charge £5 per night for a dog. Please include this at the time of booking.
