Located next to our working boathouse in the middle of Stratford-upon-Avon, with a charming outlook over the lawn to the river. A five minute walk over the footbridge to the theatre and the centre of town. Secluded private sunny patio with outdoor table and chairs, plus the riverbank to yourself in the evening.
