2nd time staying here for an event in Birmingham, perfect location, clean, tea and coffee facilities plus snacks 😋 Will be using again in future

We loved our stay here. The apartment is gorgeously decorated, clean and practical. The location is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the local area, lots of fabulous restaurants near by and of course the views are beautiful. The team were fantastic, incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to all messages and phone calls. Would absolutely stay here again!

Vicky and Jake were there to meet us and were very helpful with instructions on how to use heating and appliances within the apartment, we got good helpful advice on the local area and were made very welcome. Lots of little extras to help us feel at home and it was an extremely comfortable place to come back to and relax after a long day at the races or on the tourist trail. We would definitely consider using the apartment again in future visits to Cheltenham.

Julie's flat was a fantastic base for our two night stay - very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The balcony overlooking the basin is a fantastic feature, and we found the location to be really quiet and relaxing. The welcome pack of essential groceries was also a lovely touch. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

We visited Upton for the Sunshine Festival, but didn’t want to spend the weekend in a tent! We were thrilled to find this beautiful apartment with a river view, just steps from the local pubs and restaurants. Elisabeth phoned me the day before arrival to give clear directions, then she met us outside the property. We had a quick tour of the apartment, and she left us milk and biscuits. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for us both. Plenty of storage, although a few more coat hangers would be useful. The shower over the bath was hot and powerful, with a selection of shower gels and shampoos. The kitchen was compact, but had all that we needed, including washing up liquid, tea towel and scourer. The lounge was extremely comfortable with the stunning view of the river. We ate at the Boathouse, 3 mins walk. Delicious tapas and live music. We had a delicious Sunday roast at the King’s Head, 4 mins walk. I would highly recommend Elisabeth’s apartment.

Brilliant peaceful location exactly as described. The accommodation had everything needed for my stay. Holly was a brilliant host. Always available and very kind and friendly.

This apartment is in an excellent location in Oxford. Everything can be reached on foot. We were there for the May Morning celebrations and could access everything easily. The flat is well equipped despite being small. There was quite a lot of noise from traffic at night. We enjoyed our stay. Oxford in May sunshine is hard to beat!

We absolutely loved the cottage, amazing walkable views, amazing location. The house it self accommodated 6 people perfectly, it was clean and exactly what we needed. We loved it and we most likely will be back again! Savannah was amazing at communicating with us and made sure we understood everything about the house!

Alison & Johns house was an excellent place to stay. It was spotless and very well equipped. The milk and chocolates were appreciated. It is located in a quiet area, parking was straightforward especially as the hosts organised a parking permit for us. It is an easy walk into the city along the canal towpath. Communication with Alison & John was great. Very responsive & friendly. We will definitely use this place again when visiting friends in Worcester. Thank you.

Four members of my family stayed here over Christmas as our own house was full. They loved it. 'Brilliant. Great. Five stars,' was one response. Although it is a typical Oxford cottage and looks small from the outside, it is suprisingly spacious inside. Aside from the comfort , my family enjoyed the personal feel of the house, the selection of books, the charming garden, the location by the river and the thoughtful provision of a vegan breakfast. Everything worked well. We will definitely book it again.

Lovely little Airbnb! Very close to the centre and convenient to have parking for 3 cars. Great stay in Cheltenham!

Fabulous house right by the river in a superb location. Walkable to everything Bewdley has to offer, with excellent pubs, restaurants and takeaways within a stones throw. A new Sainsburys Local supermarket is 1 minute walk away which is very convenient. Clean, well equipped and with a great host who provided all the check-in and out information well in advance making our stay really easy and enjoyable. Secure off street parking was a bonus. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.

Roger met us and was very friendly, informative and helpful upon arrival. The location was lovely being right on the river and a stone throw from all amenities. Fantastic river and park walks on the doorstep. Gift pack was also very welcoming and much appreciated. Thank you.

Really great stay, very cosy. The woodshed is right next to where the host lives so any issues (we had none!) could have been easily addressed. Very quiet surroundings. Mel was a very friendly host and was very flexible. About a 5/10min drive from the local pub, from which there are pleasant walks you can do. Bought as a gift for my parents and they said they’d 10/10 stay again

Really loved our long weekend here. The place is incredibly well appointed and beautiful throughout. There are luxury touches and the owners have done a fabulous job of ensuring that guests receive a premium experience. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the proximity to the river and also to the centre of Stratford made for a wonderful stay. My guests and I would highly recommend! 🙂

Came back for my second stay a combination of work and leisure. Place is so well fitted out and on the docks with great views. Near shops and restaurants.

Quiet and off the beaten path, but a quick walk to town. Loved the faint sound through the window of the little river running next to the apartment. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Feels like it was recently redone. We appreciated the heater in the bathroom to warm our towels. When we messaged her with a question, Lesley responded very quickly. Would love to stay there when we visit Oxford again. This place is a gem!

I stay in a lot of different airbnbs, I can honestly say it was up there with the best. I highly recommend staying there for some peace and relaxation. Thanks from me and my Ma x

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Our host Evie was very friendly, flexible and helpful. The property was perfect for our central Oxford stay - literally a minute's walk to Westgate Shopping Centre and many bars and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed including easy car parking. Thanks for a fab stay! :-)

we love staying at Christopher's apartment, we must have stayed 4 or 5 times before. we feel right at home here the space is huge and has everything you could ever need in a brilliant location. also super handy for a delicious breakfast downstairs in the cafe. thanks for having us again, we'll be back. Wonderful stay, 15 min walk from town along the canal. Chris was very helpful and kind. A cosy little cotswolds getaway!
