We stayed at Kathryn and Gus’s place for a month and really loved it. It’s an entire house surrounded by nature. The property overlooks a small lake near a hiking trail. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Kathryn and Gus were great hosts. They were friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. We enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couch in front of the fireplace. We would love to come back again!

This is probably one of the nicest places we have stayed at ever, and we have done a fair amount of traveling both in North America and Europe. It was very private and relaxing which is what we needed for this trip. we liked the fact that there was next to no interference form the Owners. We stayed in this wonderful unit for a month, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The unit itself was perfect in every way: clean, high-quality kitchen appliances, and the heating and cooling systems worked well, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The location in Wortley Village was fantastic: safe, scenic, and a joy to explore on foot, with beautiful surroundings and a welcoming neighborhood vibe. But what made our stay even better was the host, Nadin. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, showing flexibility with our check-in time and being readily available whenever we needed help. Highly recommend this airbnb for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in London and its beautiful Wortley village!

We enjoyed the apartment as it was clean, comfortable and close to the Park. Parking on the street (in front of apartment). Kitchen has all the items one would need for a longer stay. Bed was soft and we slept like babies. I will return this autumn as this is way better than staying at a hotel. I highly recommend it. Please note the following: At the time of our stay (Easter weekend), there was a little work being done in the front of the building. However, it did not cause any issues during our entire stay (be it access, noise or anything else). The Host can be easily contacted and always available should an issue arise during the stay. We had a great stay at Alfonso’s place. It was a little bit cold for our liking but as soon as I messaged Alfonso, the temperature was adjusted. Great little one bedroom apartment, exactly as described in the pictures. Check-in and check-out was very smooth because they provided very detailed instructions. It is a basement so you hear people walking above you but everyone was very respectful of the quiet hours so it wasn’t disruptive at all. It’s about a 20-minute drive from the Laurier University so the area itself is very quiet and residential which was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this location for an extended period and can see it being a great weekend or even weeklong lodging. Definitely a place for a couple or a solo traveler. It has a well stocked kitchen and a cozy feel. With old brick walls and wooden floors you feel the history. Up one staircase from ground level you look out on city hall while being close to restaurants and shops. The parking situation is walkable being two blocks away but make sure to drop off your bags before. Also, the shared pool is actually the YMCA by the Cooper Parking lot. Make sure to get a memento at the crystal shop below, buy a book at Fanfare books, get an early morning tea/coffee at The Ashborne Cafe, go for a hot yoga class at Modo Yoga, and book reservation for dinner at Elizabeth!

We travel to Stratford every year and have done so for about 30 years. We have stayed in a variety of accommodations over the years! We prefer Air BnBs over hotels, and because we travel in a group (we were 8), this location matched our needs perfectly. We like to park the car when we arrive and not use it again until we leave (Stratford is fantastically walkable) -- no problem! We like to try different restaurants -- the location is perfect for that (and for attending theatre). We're close family, but we also like some alone time -- with four bedrooms for 8 people, this apartment offered that! The apartment was large, open and bright with basic amenities suitable for our 2 night stay. The beds were comfortable, and the shared areas were roomy enough for us to gather. The hosts were amazingly responsive -- they provided detailed and accurate info ahead of time, and quickly answered our questions.

The location is central.. we were in town for a family emergency and appreciated the flexibility with the check in.. there is coffee right in the room and Tim Hortons also right across the street. Great unit, comfortable beds! Although we didn’t use the common areas, I checked them out and there are 2 outdoor saunas, wonderful lounge area and outdoor high top bar with bbqs.. Hope to be back sometime and be able to enjoy! Thx you so much! Host was very accommodating and very quick to answer communication!

Place was very clean and is in a very good location (right downtown). The only suggestion would be an strong air filter to help with some of the smell coming from the other apartments in the building. But overall its a great place and will stay again.

Great restaurant downstairs with a friendly staff and wonderful food. Quiet and cozy room. Within walking distance of some great shops, restaurants, and small businesses. Excellent view of the river. All in all? Worth the price. We had an excellent stay.

Nice spot right on the river with a great view. Old building (almost 200 years old), so it has its quirks, but for the price its a fantastic value and parking / check-in couldn't have been easier. Will return!

Tasha was amazing and extremely responsive. Anytime there were any small issues she was on top of it right away. She always gave us suggestions to ensure that we were having a good time and using all the tools she had. The location did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning waterfront. I highly recommend this property as a great vacation spot. Another note Tasha had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and on the property. Five stars!!

It was a very peaceful, private, and relaxing stay at the lakefront cottage. The lake views are beautiful. Catching sunsets from the hot tub and stargazing at night were very memorable. I was able to go kayaking which was super fun. The cottage was cleaned very well and the kitchen and bathroom are extremely well stocked! Even if you forget something, chances are you’ll find it here. The bed was spacious and comfortable and the smart TV paired with the reclining sofa was great to have. Robert was very responsive and even kindly stopped by to change the AC remote batteries and put up some new chairs on the dock. Thank you for the lovely stay, I hope to return some day!

We had a great stay here. The inside looked nicer than the pictures! Nikki was responsive and allowed for a flexible check in.
