Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Salisbury within comfortable walking distance of Salisbury City Centre, the Market Square and the train station (where you’ll be able to visit neighbouring towns and cities as well as catch the tour bus to visit the iconic Stonehenge). From our home you will stroll into the medieval market Square through Fisherton Street which is packed with lots of unique and independent shops, restaurants and bars as well as the Fisherton Mill art gallery.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. A beautiful self contained end of terraced private house approx a 10-15 minute walk into Salisbury city centre, the cathedral and a very short walk from the train station. A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket Waitrose and other stores. Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.

It is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.

River View is a modern, peaceful studio just a 2 minute drive from Salisbury Station and a 25 minute level walk from the city centre. It is the perfect base for visiting all that Salisbury and the surrounding area has to offer. Large, scenic windows give plenty of light and views to a long garden, with woodland and river beyond. With your own front door you will be able to come and go as you wish. We have plenty of secure, gated off road parking for car and cycles.

It provides a double bed in clean bedroom with TV .There is an en suite bathroom with shower , basin and toilet . Towel provided. There is a small lobby / storage area with microwave, small fridge , toaster and Kettle . I provide cereal , bread , butter , marmalade , marmite , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , peppermint tea and oat milk .
