I had an absolutely incredible time here and when we were on the way out, we were met with a medical emergency in which Nick was very quick to help with additional nights while we sorted things out at the Payson ER. I was greeted by Elk in one of the most beautiful backyards I've ever seen, and while we weren't able to try the hot tub - it looked very clean and the temp was perfect. The game room was AWESOME and all of the technology (WiFi, streaming services) worked as they should. Can't wait to come back - thank you SO MUCH NICK!

Had a great stay in Sedona with a group of friends. The house has a lot of space and all needed kitchen essentials. We did not use the pool due to coming in cooler weather but the hot tub was very great. Jeff was responsive when there was a question about the hot tub. The house is about 15-20 min from the main part of Sedona but there is a grocery store and many restaurants only 1-2 minutes away. Bell Rock is about 5 minutes away with many trails. We would love to visit again.

My husband and I were in desperate need of disconnecting from the world for a moment and this was the perfect place. Town is close but not to close. The hot tub was perfect.

Super cute space, cozy vibes. this space was perfect for a writing work retreat. perfect with a small office in the corner, a large dining room table to spread out my papers, and a comfy living room. the hot tub was a perfect treat after a long day of writing. the space was perfectly set up for guests, and yet you can tell that the owners use this space too. i personally love that, and makes me care for the space even more knowing that they opened it up to share with others.

Aaron’s place was exactly what we needed - private, relaxed, comfortable and clean. The fireplace was great, the hot tub was nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The bed and linens were super comfortable! Thanks so much to Aaron for approving a very last minute getaway!

This was an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back again. The place was so cozy and quiet we loved it absolutely perfect.

Great stay. We loved the cabin. Room for everyone to sleep, spread out, and relax. The cabin is in a rural area, which makes it a very relaxing quiet stay. Downtown Cottonwood right down Main Street as is Safeway and Dairy Queen. Sedona 20 minutes away. We all enjoyed what Cottonwood had to offer. Host communicated well, and messaged us immediately. Thank you!

Wonderful spot, within easy walking distance of Old Town and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable, with many extra touches, and a nice, bright kitchen. It was perfect for our stay while I attended the Verde Valley Bird Festival at Dead Horse Ranch State Park, which was only a couple of miles away. Very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Sedona area. It is only minutes from some wineries, and has easy, quick access to either Sedona or down to Cottonwood for groceries. It has a more private feel being separate from the other buildings and the property is beautiful. Very welcoming and we felt right at home!

Clear instructions from the host. The place was clean and homey, and it looked like the pictures. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available also which was thoughtful. I didn’t have any issues with the place during my stay. Communicating with Tamara was easy. I stayed by myself as a solo traveler so safety was a priority for me, and I can say I felt safe there.

Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood at the base of some gorgeous red rocks in Oak Creek Village. Definitely worth it due to proximity to red rocks, hiking and the excellent Oak Creek Village restaurants. I'll likely choose this place again and avoid the traffic of going all the way in to Sedona. Great place and value.

I didn’t analyze the whole park very closely, but I believe this is best spot in the park! The river was only a couple yards away and was amazing for bird watching. The wood ducks were awesome. The tiny home was simple but perfect for our needs.

Kimberly's place was beyond magical. The space had exactly everything one needs with AMAZING views of the red rocks. Kimberly gave me advice on how to navigate like the locals. I booked time with Kimberly and her horses for a meditation session built just for me - this was priceless. Spending time with the horses was truly healing. Kimberly is so personable and the love she has for Sedona and her horses radiates in what she does. I would definitely come back again. I came to Sedona on a solo trip with little expectations, and I left blown away! 10/10 recommend.

Exceptional Service and a Tranquil Retreat This Sedona service apartment truly exceeded our expectations! The resort-like atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the unit itself was well-maintained and comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding service. We had a bit of a drama on the morning of our departure when we thought we had lost a wallet. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, allowing us back into the unit after checkout to search and even contacting the local sheriff on our behalf. We were so relieved when we eventually found the wallet tucked away in our car, and we can't thank the staff and their manager enough for their incredible patience and kindness during a stressful situation. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with exceptional service, look no further!

Our stay was amazing! Dawn’s place was very impressive, spacious, and beautiful. The house was very clean and the backyard was one of the most magnificent I have ever seen. The Infiniti pool, hot tub, and grill made us feel as if we didn’t need to leave the air bnb at all. Overall great stay and we will be back!

Ellen & Todd's place was even nicer than pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The door was a bit difficult at 1st, but if we had read the directions that were very clear and printed right on the door we wouldn't have had any issues. We hiked everyday, and came back to the condo to get something to eat. I'd highly recommend The Hudson if you don't mind driving, otherwise Butterfly Burger and Tortas Fuego were within walking distance and both very good! After dinner we walked to the hot tub, and then back for a good night's sleep. Oh, and I accidently broke the coffee carafe :( and Lauren was very accommodating in replacing it quickly for us. I would definitely return to Ellen & Todd's condo if/when we come back to Sedona.

Great location. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, wifi worked great, TV had streaming services. You could hear the upstairs tenants bouncing around the occasional car pass by but nothing that would stop us from going back. Kitchen had what we needed. Really all about location!

This condo is in a perfect location where you can walk to many restaurants, grocery store, yoga, hikes, and other services like acupuncture, facials, massage and even car repair. The owners of the condo have clesrly invested in making the condo very comfortable with a deluxe queen bed, sheets, comforter, couch etc. The decorations are tasteful and truly feel like a nice home vs investment property. The property and neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk at night. We would come back to this condo.

10/10 staying here was fantastic! My parents and I were comfortable right away thoroughly enjoying the decor and nice quality of the condo. The kitchen was so well stocked !!! All the cookware you could need which my mom loves. The quality of the bedding was notable, the area was beautiful and well situated in relationship to Sedona. There’s a grocery store across the street great bakeries and restaurants nearby. Quick responses to any questions. I cannot recommend this place enough !! We will definitely rent again next time we are in the area! Thank you!
