A lovely self-contained studio in Stroud, the market town in the heart of the Five Valleys. Located a stone's throw from Stroud town centre The Annexe is a fully self-contained dwelling in the back garden of our home. Guests have access to the accommodation via the driveway down the side of the house. The Annexe is a studio complete with king size bed and snuggle couch. A kitchenette is built-in with various appliances, and the bathroom offers a medium-sized shower, wash basin and toilet.

Little Teasel is a former 17th Century animal shelter lovingly rebuilt to provide a detached ensuite bedroom annexe full of Cotswold charm. It has fabulous far reaching views. The outside space is the 96 acres of common land on which the property stands. Accessed via a stone track with parking outside the property. Good accessibility as just one door step. Newly converted from a farm equipment store, the cottage has an open plan kitchen and sitting room, with TV, Wifi and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a bedroom with vaulted ceiling and ensuite shower room. The Folly is charming, spacious and with underfloor heating and full insulation it is a comfortable and relaxed home from home. We have a 7kW charger with Type2 7-pin plug for charging your Electric Vehicle.

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

Minnow Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old Cotswold cottage set on a little stream in the charming and quirky village of Chalford . Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

It is accessed via a key safe and has its own private garden to the rear, which is a haven for natural wildlife including many birds and animals.
