The apartment has a luxury feel throughout truly a beautiful stay in the heart of Chelmsford. Would highly recommend!

The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

Amazing deal from amazing hosts. Ideal location as it is incredibly close to everything you need. Would normally pay a premium for such a place. Tracy was an amazing host and always answered if we had queries or questions. thanks for letting us stay in your cosy house! Perfect for a little break from the norm.

Easy to find and Carly was excellent at sorting a small problem we had (of our own making and through no fault of hers) The place was very clean and felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed provided. Super comfy bed, and it’s a quiet area so we slept well! Handy to have Aldi just 2 minutes walk away. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Great location, not fancy but clean and comfortable apartment. The only drawbacks are a stale food odor in the entryway and stairwell and occasional noise from the upstairs neighbors. Barbara was responsive and helpful.

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

Had a fabulous week exploring Ipswich and Suffolk; this is a great base from which to visit a multitude of places and so much variety from Jimmy's Farm to World War 2 collections to falconry and kayaking to Saxon and medieval history; the furthest we drove was 40 miles. Excellent apartment with interesting views and Kie was a superb host - he met us at the apartment and also messaged during the week to check that everything was ok. Very happy to recommend this apartment and will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

The penthouse is exactly as shown on the photos but with added homeliness that cannot be captured on film. Location was fabulous, quiet but very central and parking was very close by. We really, really enjoyed our stay on a damp weekend in November.

This apartment was in a perfect location, 8 min walk from beach and faur rides. There is a big Sainsbury's only 3 min walk and plenty of restaurants just 3 min walk. The high street with big shops only 5 min walk. The apartment was very cosy and had a balcony. We loved our stay, the only negative is that on 12th floor it was very warm in April and no fan or air conditioning in flat. There is no blind or curtains on balcony window so when sun shines the room gets very very hot. If the owner puts a blind or curtains this would solve that problem. Other than that we had a lovely stay and Maria was an excellent host.

It was the perfect home away from home! Everything was super straightforward and accessible including shops, parks/open spaces, check in, parking etc. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say about my visit and if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay again :)

Karen and Ivor's place is so beautiful and welcoming. They are such lovely people and fantastic hosts. We were greeted with a warm welcome. Ivor showed us round and explained everything. Then we were left to out own devices. There is an Asda 5 minutes walk across the road which is very handy indeed. So got some bits for a fry up the next morning. The place is so clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say. We left the place in the same state that we found it. We even stripped the bed for them as it's what we would do if we were living there. And it's common courtesy. We had our breakfast the next morning and sat under the pagola with the sun beaming on us, which was just perfect and with a lovely view of the garden and chatted to Karen and Ivor as well. Such lovely people. Will deffo be coming back.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is particularly great as it is very close to the coast and town centre. The apartment was well furnished and there were lots of things about the space we appreciated such as coat hooks, a shoe rack and even walking poles!

This is such a beautiful, private spot in the forest. Its set within a hollow so you just have the forest surrounding you. Because its a canvas enclosure it is chilly inside, but fine as soon as you light the fire. The electric blankets provided with the beds were super cosy though and we had SUCH good sleep with the quiet! The only thing was we didn't get the logs that were meant to be provided for the sauna, but we had brought our own after reading the reviews (we used four entire bags of kiln dried logs). The hot tub took us 7 hours to heat, so I'd start early! Overall such a beautiful spot, we loved the fire pit and hot tub, and slept beautifully. Theres also some really nice walks nearby.

Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

The location was beautiful scenic and peaceful we loved it. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed using the jacuzzi during sunset. The property was cute and had everything we needed. Simon provided some lovely bagels, muffins, tea and milk for breakfast which was great. Thanks for having us ☺️

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was calm and peaceful especially with the local walking trails and the hot tub. As well as the peacocks who came up to be fed with the peacock food that was provided; it was a nice touch. Thank you!

Such an amazing place to stay, right in the heart of Holt. The pictures don’t do justice of how spacious and beautiful it is! Such a special night away and we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely beautiful and cosy apartment, clean, great amenities. Clear communication from the host made check-in super easy :). Location is both close to the train station and to Ipswich Town Centre (shops, restaurants, etc). Would love to stay here again!! Much love <3

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
