Ross’s place was a lovely break away in between Christmas and New Year. We had everything we needed at the property and it was very clean and welcoming. Ross responded well to any queries we had and we would love to come back. Beautiful area of the world

We stayed here for 6 weeks whilst waiting to complete the purchase of our new home. It suited our purposes perfectly and we loved staying here within walking distance of the beach and right on top of all the local amenities in Kirkley.

Nice little flat in a great location in Newmarket. Ideal for the races. Very helpful hosts who gave clear instructions for log in and were on hand if any problems.

We loved our stay at Pier Avenue, flat was in a great location, walking distance to southwold pier and town. Flat itself was spacious and clean, modern facilities. Only criticism was the advert was for a 3 bed but only 2 bedrooms made available. This was in the description but I missed it.

Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

We had a great stay, the accommodation had everything you need and was very clean and warm, there was also some provisions left for breakfast. Set in a lovely location, we did not get to meet Viv but Richard was very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back, thank you for a lovely stay.

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

We had a great stay in Amanda's spotless apartment. Amanda and Dean were very responsive and keen to help resolve a small issue we had with the WiFi during our stay, which was very much appreciated. It is a short walk to Lowestoft high street in one direction, and the beautiful South Beach in the other. As others have said, earplugs will help with the seagulls. Really enjoyed watching the boats in and out of the harbour with the binoculars handily provided in the flat!

The flat is in a great location, it feels a bit strange entering through a back area behind Tesco and then climbing fire escape steps but once inside it’s a great flat with plenty of space for 2. It was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy. The outside area was quite dirty but this had been cleaned a couple of days before our arrival and the local seagulls had made sure we couldn’t use it, which was a shame but as we had quite a bit of rain it didn’t really matter. Parking was easy along the beach front and we just left our car there for the weekend. Overall a great spot for exploring Southwold.

My husband and I had a lovely stay for his birthday. Our stay was comfortable and carefree, the apparent moment was larger than we expected, we especially loved the roof terrace off of the kitchen for breakfasts and coffee in the sun. Advice on local free car parks was spot on. Location was fabulous, right in the centre and close to the beach. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

Great location right in the centre of Harwich, clean and comfy apartment with easy access. Easy to contact hosts who were nothing but helpful during my stay.

This is such a beautiful, private spot in the forest. Its set within a hollow so you just have the forest surrounding you. Because its a canvas enclosure it is chilly inside, but fine as soon as you light the fire. The electric blankets provided with the beds were super cosy though and we had SUCH good sleep with the quiet! The only thing was we didn't get the logs that were meant to be provided for the sauna, but we had brought our own after reading the reviews (we used four entire bags of kiln dried logs). The hot tub took us 7 hours to heat, so I'd start early! Overall such a beautiful spot, we loved the fire pit and hot tub, and slept beautifully. Theres also some really nice walks nearby.

Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was calm and peaceful especially with the local walking trails and the hot tub. As well as the peacocks who came up to be fed with the peacock food that was provided; it was a nice touch. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful and cosy apartment, clean, great amenities. Clear communication from the host made check-in super easy :). Location is both close to the train station and to Ipswich Town Centre (shops, restaurants, etc). Would love to stay here again!! Much love <3

Amazing stay at the Loft in Thorndon! Very relaxing location and atmosphere, especially in the hot tub! Lots of local recommendations, we particularly enjoyed the Black Horse pub! Overall amazing stay and would definitely recommend!
