Lovely stay in this seaside apartment, lots of cool things around to do with my son. Will defo be returning 😊

We had a great stay in Amanda's spotless apartment. Amanda and Dean were very responsive and keen to help resolve a small issue we had with the WiFi during our stay, which was very much appreciated. It is a short walk to Lowestoft high street in one direction, and the beautiful South Beach in the other. As others have said, earplugs will help with the seagulls. Really enjoyed watching the boats in and out of the harbour with the binoculars handily provided in the flat!

Very nice chalet, as described, everybody said how nice it was and how clean and tidy it was, a great time had by all and very well situated close to amenities and also the water. Will visit again, thank you very much for a lovely stay.

It was very bijou ideal for what we required on a weekend away meeting up with great friends. Fantastic location and lots to visit and explore. I would definitely recommend for a couples retreat.

The apartment is very well appointed with a great view over Ipswich Marina with the bonus of some fabulous sunsets too. The apartment is spacious for a two-bedroom accommodation and the two bathrooms are a definite advantage. The host, Martin, was very supportive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay with prompt and friendly communication. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would look to book again for future stays in Ipswich.

Really lovely apartment with fantastic views. So many great amenities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely weekend in Ipswich. Very comfortable beds and lovely decor in the apartment. A very peaceful and tranquil place to stay overlooking open countryside. Beautiful walks from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with a great selection of books and DVDs for a quiet evening in. plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and lovely clean towels and bedding. Great resource of things to do with maps on your doorstep and a-joining villages. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Laurie and Lucy are very friendly. Highly recommended

The chalet is modern, well-equipped and clean. The location is perfect, being coastal and close to Great Yarmouth, which has plenty for children to do. James was a great host - very responsive and helpful. He even provided 2 extra blankets for our dogs. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

This lodge is fabulous, on the waterfront, with kayaks in a marina development. The interior is beautifully finished and lots of helpful accessories provided saving hassle - bin liners, dishwashwr tablets etc. The bbq and firepit were favourites of mine, made it seem like the great parts of a camping trip, getting away from it all and fun downtime but with 5* accomodation for comfort. A lot of care has gone into the design and presentation of the home including a beautifully planted garden.

Stayed over the Easter weekend. Clear instructions on how to find it & get inside. We had 2 cars so parked 1 in the secure gated area which was a real benefit, the other car on the street. There was always space available in the road but not always directly outside the house. The house is on 3 floors with big spacious bedrooms & a seaview from the rear rooms. Exceptionally comfy beds & good quality bed linen & towels. A well equipped kitchen & a good stock of board games in the living room which we had fun using each evening. Other houses in the street had a wheelie bin but I couldn’t find ours so sorry, we couldn’t empty the bins as we normally would when vacating a property. 1 thing I would add to the top floor bedroom would be a comfy chair, there’s space for 1 & it would be a nice place to sit & read. The house is next to a trainline but right at the end of the line so no noise at all. Harwich is small & seemed very quiet. A few shops, pubs & restaurants easy walking distance away.

Lovely house , plenty of space for al the family , all you need is there for amenities in the house , lovely welcome bag with coffee biscuits and wine Location is fantastic , if you choose to eat at home and relax at home indoors it fantastic And new oven is great. If you are arriving during the day during busy times weekends / great weather you may find getting a parking space difficult but in the evening once the day visitors have gone it’s ok We would go again

Such a beautiful location with large windows to appreciate from every direction. We loved the local fish shop with daily fresh fish to buy, as well as the sweet cafes.

Great peaceful getaway. Property as described and value for money paid. Personally some of the negative feedback not needed. You get what you pay for and this property fitted that. Lovely peaceful retreat and the area is great. We could have stayed longer. Thank you

Our 3rd visit to this property. Excellent location and very peaceful. Filippa and Oliver were very responsive and quick to resolve some minor issues. Great cycling routes into Southwold.

I was attending a course in the area and the stylish and cosy accommodation made it a super all-round experience. The heating warmed the place thoroughly within 5 minutes and all the essentials were provided.

Great little place next to river, friendly hosts thank Mark and Jan. Our dog enjoyed all the local and beach walks. Had fun with the canoe on the river.

A smart little flat. Only gripes was the usual - lighting: bar one dimmer over the dining table it's just on or off switches. Needs more control. There is one other issue - no extractor fan of any kind for use when cooking. The whole flat then gets the aroma of what you are cooking - good or bad; with the hob where it is on the island an overhead is not a great idea, but new hobs now available with worktop located extractors, I personally would ditch the old one and put one of those in. But over all a good flat - just a shame it's in Ipswich.

Had a wonderful week here, close to the sea front and accommodation was excellent, apartment was well stocked and comfortable, beds really comfortable, a really lovely quiet place to stay, lots of lovely places to see, highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it, the hosts were easily contacted, and were helpful, and extremely wonderful place to stay, thank you Benji and Leah ❤️ xx

Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

Absolutely loved staying at Sarah's place in Mistley! Location was central and it was super easy to walk into Mistley or Manningtree. My dog had the best time running around in the fenced garden, the space was cosy and warm and I loved working on my laptop in the sun room looking out at the backyard. Sharon was an excellent host, she came to say hello briefly and have me lots of helpful local recommendations. Can't wait to come back!

We had another lovely stay in Donna's apartment. The location is wonderful, being so near to the seafront and local shops. Donna has made some great changes since we last stayed, which we loved and the apartment has kept its lovely feel. We would love to come back.

Pamela is a fantastic host and a lovely person to deal with. Communicative, helpful, and friendly. He place is cozy and comfortable with all of the right amenities.
