We were more than happy to have found this accommodation! Sangkyun was really kind and always happy to help!

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

건물이 낡아서 들어갈 때 걱정했는데 안에는 진짜 너무너무 깨끗하고 지금까지 묵었던 에어비엔비 중에 정말 제일 좋았어요. 진짜 숙소가 너무 깨끗해요. 침구도 편하고, 깨끗하고 잠도 잘 잤어요. 난방도 뜨끈뜨끈하게 잘 되고. 리뷰가 왜 좋은지 정말 잘 알 것 같았어요. 그래도 유일한 단점은 건물이 낡아서 들어갈 때가 조금 무서워요 ㅜㅜ 그래도 1층에 편의점도 있고, 엘레베이터도 있고 일단 숙소 들어가기만 하면 상세사진이랑 똑같은 너무 아늑한 숙소여서 완전 만족했습니다!! 다음에도 또 숙소 묵을 일 있으면 여기로 오겠습니다!!! 잘 묵었습니다. 감사해요~

We all had a wonderful time at Namsan-Artminstay. It is a great location and in walking distance for shopping and delicious food as well as Buchanan Hanok Villa. The welcome coffee cakes and discount at the cafe was a very nice touch. We would definitely come again.

It was a good stay, space is clean and cozy. Water pressure was a bit low but other things are all good.

Sangjin’s place was so beautiful and unique! Everything was clean and exactly as described. It was within walking distance to a lot of major attractions and cute restaurants and cafes. We would totally stay here again!

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

Martin and Amanda's house was a PERFECT base for our Seoul adventures. Spacious, big windows, two lounge areas, and very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, with a bit of life from the hostel across the street, and short walks to great coffee houses, yummy local restaurants, public transportation, and the busy Hongdae shopping and nightlife. Our group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers had a GREAT time! Amanda and Martin provided lots of local recommendations and advice and helped us create memories for a lifetime.

Loved the location and the house itself. So extremely close to Chungmuro station and there were plenty of convenience shops around for midnight shopping if required. Host was extremely gracious and kind. We had an issue with a choked toilet and he immediately fixed it for us. The house is next to a cafe and the coffee was heavenly. The heater in the mattress made us sleep like babies till the morning. There’s a flight of stairs to go up to the 2nd level, won’t recommend it for elderly and those with leg problems. I would definitely book this place again if i ever visit Korea in the near future.

Great place near the Seoul station. Spacious and heated floors a plus!
