Excellent choice for convenience. Walkable distance to Lippo Mall located in a core area. Me and my family spent the our time enjoying ourselves in the house with karaoke, pool and BBQ. Has excellent taste in making karaoke more alive. The neighborhood also chill and pleasant to eyes.

Kami menginap 3 malam di Magnolia Villa Parama, Villa ini masih baru dan bersih, ukuran villa tidak terlalu besar tapi desain dan layout sangat compact, fasilitas lengkap,3 kamar tidur, kolam renang, karaoke menggunakan JBL, PS3, netflix bahkan tersedia buku bacaan dan board game Kekurangan dr villa ini adalah tidak semua kamar menggunakan AC dan 2 hari berturut turut kami kekurangan air, namun semua terbayarkan krn owner yg ramah, fast response serta pengurus operasional villa yg cepat tanggap menyelesaikan kendala yg ada di Villa Kalo di tanya apa mau menginap disini lagi? Tentu sajaaaaa

pemilik villa ramah, peralatan masak tersedia, karaoke, kolam renang, rooftop untuk berbeque dan bersantai tersedia, tempatnya bersih, jauh dr kebisingan. pokoknya recommended.

Good place to stay in Malang. The location is strategic, near Bus Terminal, Soekarni Hatta Area with its culinary, central town, Train Station, Airport and also hidden access to Batu. All facilities is well maintained, though we don't use it oftenly since most of our time in Malang was spent outside the house. The host is friendly but need to be more proactive to explore customer needs during the booking and checkout time. Thanks Pak Sarwono & family.

Chez Moi homey sekali. Rumahnya di dalam komplek besar, bisa untuk jogging/jalan pagi. Bu Desy sangat membantu dan responsif sekali.

Stayed here because we planned a trip to Bromo. Luckily, the location is on the way to the jeep basecamp! However, unfortunately, there’s only one air-conditioned room, and there’s only one fan. The sitting toilet is available in just one bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

villa yang bersih rapi dan perlengkapan lengkap..pemilik juga responsif dan ramah..recomended sekali untuk yg cari villa untuk acara keluarga wifi netflik karaoke dan fasilitas lainnya sangat baik

The property is splendid for a big family. It has 3 bedrooms. Biem only advertised 2 bathrooms but actually there is an additional outdoor bathroom close to the pool, so it’s a plus. The master bedroom has an en-suite, but the toilet was a bit clogged. The other toilets worked just fine and each had water heater. The house has spacious common rooms, perfect for big family. There is a big balcony upstairs, complete with sofa and swing seat. The kitchen is outdoor and well-equipped. We enjoyed the private swimming pool. The pool is spacious, unlike other villas nearby. It was so peaceful, relaxing at the gazebo and feeding the fish at the pond next to it (fish food was provided). The caretaker, Mr. Suladi, was very helpful and polite. He helped us buy durian and charcoal for BBQ. He and Biem were flexible about early check-in. Both were always fast response. At my rate (IDR5M/night), it might be a bit pricey (due to peak season perhaps), but worth every penny. We had a fabulous stay.

Pemandangannya bagus, luas dan sangat nyaman. Cocok untuk keluarga besar, harganya pun sangat terjangkau 👍

This warm and lovely house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Malang. Great location: Malang City Point mall and Cyber Mall about 10 minutes on foot, there are some good eateries nearby as well. The house is clean, WiFi was fast, there's cable TV, AC in the living room. The master bedroom didn't have an AC but the other two bedrooms had AC. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfy. There's a bathroom in the master bedroom, a smaller bathroom by the living room, and a sink right next to it (no sink in the second bathroom). The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The host, Dary and his family were amazing. The communication is great, Dary was always quick to respond every single time. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for those who visit Malang.

Rumahny sangat bersiiih dan nyaman. Perlengkapan yang tersedia juga cukup lengkap, terawat. Dapurnya juga luas dan bersih dengan perlengkapan memasak yg sangat baik. Kami berisitirahat dengan nyaman di rumah ini. Bu Esti juga sangat responsif dan friendly. Kami akan datang lagi ketika nanti ke Malang.
