I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private paradise. The villa is stunning — spacious, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that makes it feel like a true escape from the outside world. One of the best parts is how private and peaceful it is. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a meal on the patio, or just relaxing inside, it feels like you have the whole world to yourself. There’s so much to do in the villa itself — we spent our days swimming, playing games, cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen, and simply unwinding in the serene atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even a solo retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a luxurious, private stay with plenty of things to do right on-site. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spacious living room served as a central gathering place, while the children delighted in the pool; this property is definitely ideally suited for a large group. All amenities, including the kitchenware, cooking utensils, dining set, and entertainment system, were provided as described.

Stayed in this property for Eid holiday with family (6 adults and 1 kid), the property was really clean, the pool was pristine. location is good only like 3 mins to Taman Budaya (with lots of resto option), and around 10mins to Aeon mall, nearby the villa is also minimarket. The kitchen equipment is quite complete if you plan to cook during your stay, but maybe the host needs to change the sponge for washing dishes and some pans (cz they are not really in good condition anymore). But overall we had good time to staying in Dave’s property

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Villa yang cukup luas cocok untuk menginap bersama keluarga besar atau teman teman. Tempatnya bersih kolam renang bersih garasi muat hingga 4 mobil akses jalan sangat mudah dekat aeon

Rumahnya nyaman dan bersih bangeeet. Ada tamannya dan ada tempat kecil untuk anak bermain air, bentuknya lucu seperti mangkok hihi cocok banget kesini bawa anak menurutku. Oh iya hostnya, Bu Widyawati sangat baik dan responsive, begitu juga dengan Pak Nanang, yang menjaga di tempat saya menginap. Overall, lovely place❤️❤️

The house is great for family gathering, quiet, and in a gated compound. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the location is great for moning or afternoon strolls. The water heater was only working on first day, though.

Tempatnya sangat bersih dan rapi, furniturnya masih baru semua. Tidak ada komplain berarti, semuanya sesuai dengan apa yang dideskripsikan. Nyaman dan luas, cukup untuk 10 orang.

My family and I spent the weekend in Jakarta while attending a family event and felt right at home from the get go. As a group of 8, we were happy to have some privacy in each of the 4 rooms and enjoyed the living/dinning area during communal times. As a group, we appreciated having access to 3 full bathrooms, oh, and the shower pressure was excellent! Endah was also very responsive and attentive to our questions, before and during our stay. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation & would recommend Endah's place to out-of-town families of 8 planning come and visit the capital.

Suasana rumah terasa nyaman dan bersih,walaupun rumahya tidak terlalu luas lingkungan rumah aman dan bersih

had a slight inconvenience when following the map to find the location. but when we arrived the place was worth it, very comfy and clean for family stay, close to the center of BSD. will recommend it to my friends!

The place is beautiful and thoughtfully designed—every detail feels intentional. It’s impeccably clean, and we especially loved the subtle, comforting scent throughout the space, particularly the fresh linen in the bedroom. There’s not much to do in Cinere, but that’s exactly the charm of it: a peaceful retreat where you can simply enjoy the home and unwind.

You can chill out with ur furball family here..nice neighborhood to walk with your lovely dog..

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is spacious, well-organized, and incredibly cozy and perfect for a large family like ours. By far the best accommodation we had during our trip in Indonesia. The house is very clean and it is provided with all the goods one would need. Besides, there’s plenty of space and room inside. The area is protected and you feel always safe, you can park the car in the front of the house. You can also reach many interesting sites in the nearby. Finally, the host, Nina, is a very pleasant person who is always willing to help the guests and support them. I will definitely stay there again if and when I am back to Jakarta!

Semua kamarnya luas, enak!💯 Rumahnya juga nyaman, tenang. Meskipun pas nyampe wastafelnya bocor langsung gercep di urusin👍🏻 Bakal balik lagi sih hostnya juga ramahh, happy disinii!!

Lingkungan rumah yang sangat tenang, bersih, dan nyaman. Cocok dengan anak-anak. Keharuman aroma therapi dalam rumah juga cocok. Portal perumahan dijaga security 24 jam. Dekat dengan minimarket, bisa berjalan kaki kira-kira 7 menit sambil menikmati suasana perumahan. Dan tentunya pihak Tuan Rumah pak Antonius yang sangat responsif. Akan ke sini lagi jika ke area sentul.

Saya datang bersama rombongan untuk kegiatan acara. Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, tuan rumah benar² baik, ramah, dan sangat membantu.... begitupun dengan pengurus villa, pak Asep yang sedia membantu. sempat sedikit ada kendala tapi bisa terselesaikan dengan cepat... recommended 👍
