Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Hello Claudia, thanks you again for the location of your beautifull house, just by the wildest and purest beach we never saw. It was the perfect place to walk along the sea, swim in the idyllic landscape around and look the stars after the fall of the night. We hope to come back, maybe next year !

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

alloggio nuovissimo e completo di tutto in una zona tranquillissima a poca distanza dal centro. anche l'esterno della casa è curato ed ha il posto macchina esclusivo. vista magnifica sia dall'interno che dalla veranda. camere spaziose e pulite la cucina è completa di tutto quello che può servire. lo consigliamo!!!!

Fin dal check-in si sono premurati di venirci incontro avendo due bambini piccoli. La villa, il giardino, il terrazzo, la vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile in pochi secondi sono superiori all’aspettativa, le foto non riescono a rendere giustizia allo splendido contesto. I proprietari presenti al piano di sotto si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e riservati fino a offrirci un delizioso maialino allo spiedo l’ultima sera. Torneremo senz’altro quanto prima, grazie!

Wahnsinnig tolle Lage, direkt am schönen Sandstrand. Wir waren zu dritt dort und jeder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Der Balkon ist sicherlich das Highlight dieser Unterkunft.

L'appartement est bien situé pour les personnes qui ont envie de mer et de beaux paysage maritimes. Les plages sont immenses et il est possible de marcher le long du littoral. Nous avons assisté à de très beaux couchers de soleil. Nous étions en novembre. Ce n'est pas la saison touristique. Le petit supermarché était fermé. Le restaurant sur la plage était ouvert et nous y avons bien mangé. Pour les personnes qui désirent flâner sur la plage et se baigner, cet endroit est idéal en été, lorsque l'eau est encore chaude. Pour visiter la région, cet endroit est éloigné. c'est un peu long en voiture pour arriver à une première ville. Il faut un peu moins d'1 heure pour atteindre Arbus. Visiter des nuraghes ou Cagliari demandent beaucoup de temps en voiture. Carmen est très accueillante et amicale. Elle fait un délicieux pain.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

villa impeccable dans un cadre splendide piscine avec vie sur la mer. la maison était identique aux photos. je recomande.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Alessia. Alles war wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe gemacht mit toller Aussicht. Das feine, reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Alessia und ihre Familie haben uns schöne Strände, Nischen, Handwerk und Restaurants gezeigt, und unsere und ihre Kinder hatten zusammen viel Spass beim Fischen, Baden usw. Danke vielmals, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great house, great host, nice location.

We found Cristina's very place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are the most comfortable we have found. External metal shutters allow you keep the place dark so you can have a laying without being woken up by the sun. Garden was neat and tidy and the covered out door seating area also useful should it rain. On premise parking is useful, although you would also find space in the street should you want to park there. Cristina's is very responsive and has suggestions on where to go. As Cristina had no one renting the day before us or the day after we left she gave us flexible check in and check out. Would happily rent Cristina's place again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Angelo. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht. Von der Spülmaschine über die Sonnenschirme für den Strand bis zur voll ausgestatteten Küche. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Besser geht es nicht wenn man einen Strandurlaub mit Kindern (wir haben zwei) verbringen möchte. 1 Minute ans Meer zu Fuß sind unschlagbar. Angelo war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tips für Restaurants in der Umgebung etc. gegeben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur aufs Wärmste weiterempfehlen.

Lieber Lorenzo, vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche, die wir in Deinem Haus verbringen konnten. Hier stimmt wirklich rundherum alles. Vor allem die Sauberkeit, die freundliche Kommunikation mit Dir, die absolut ruhige Lage sind Dinge, die hervorgehoben werden müssen. Es ist schön, solche Kleinode zu finden. Wir kommen wieder. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

Großartige Unterkunft in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Sehr sauber! Ein tolles Grundstück auf dem Kinder sorgenfrei spielen können. Das Beste ist allerdings ein absoluter Traumstrand der in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für Südsardinien absolut einzigartig. Üblich sind anonymene Apartmentanlagen ohne Privatsphäre...hier bei Matteo bekommt man ein ganzes Haus zum gleichen oder eher kleineren Preis. Unschlagbar. Und nein, wir hatten keine Mücken im Haus. Man muss eben die Gitter immer schön zuschieben. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Wir haben sehr entspannte Familienferien in der schönen Villa von Laura verbringen dürfen. Die ruhige und private Lage, sowie Nähe des Strandes hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe war sehr sauber und kaum von Touristen besucht. Die Villa entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, in Natura aber war sie noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass jedes Zimmer ein angrenzendes Badezimmer hatte. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Laura ist eine ganz tolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und insbesondere zu erwähnen, dass wir bei Ankunft schon früh ins Haus durften - sie war sehr flexibel. Einzig zu erwähnen, dass auch noch im September/Oktober die Mücken nicht Ruhe geben und wir die Fenster ab der Dämmerung nicht mehr öffnen konnten. Moskitonetze wären von Vorteil.

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival.
