Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Non c’è ascensore ma si può accedere anche dalla porta posteriore che arriva direttamente al secondo piano. Le scale sono comode e brevi. Non si accettano animali di nessun tipo e non è permesso fumare dentro casa.

Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.
