If you need a vacation outside the hustle and bustle of the city and urbanized tourist places, we have the opportunity to offer you our cottage located in the village of Slatina, halfway between Cacak and Kraljevo. Along with a fully equipped house you will also be able to enjoy a beautifull big yard. The cottage is only a 15-minute drive from the "Milos Veliki" highway and can be reached from Belgrade in about 1h 30min. Newly opened airport "Morava" in Ladjevci is only 10 km from our property.

Nalazimo se u selu Varnice,u podnožju planine Ostrvica, od Beograda udaljeno oko 90 minuta. Prizemlje kuće čine kuhinja i dnevna soba,kupatilo i terasa,a na spratu su dve spavaće sobe,hodnik i kupatilo.Ukupan smeštajni kapacitet je 7 osoba. Mi smo pet-friendly. Po dodatnoj ceni služimo tradicionalne šumadijske specijalitete od domaćih organskih namirnica.Planina Ostrvica kao spomenik prirode vulkanskog porekla veoma je popularna, na njenom vrhu nalaze se ostaci zamka sagrađenog u 15.veku.

Our apartment is in a quiet street, near the city center. It is modern and spacious, it can accommodate up to 3 persons. In the bedroom, there is a double bed for 2, and in the living room, a convertible corner sofa for 1 person. Towels and linen are available. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, iron, a big flat screen TV with cable channels and WiFi connection. The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The house consists of a living room with dining area and equipped kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. Comfortable dining terrace is in front of the house, with a beautiful view. The yard is in a pleasant shade, surrounded by flowers and greenery. Behind the house is an orchard with a vineyard and a large porch.
