Welcome to your peaceful Getaway on the Waterway right on the beautiful canal that connects Big and Little Lake Weir! Kick your feet up and wave at the boats going by as you grill or fish from the dock. Play a round of corn hole, hop on one of our paddleboards or kayaks for beautiful ride to either lake! Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, (they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi service to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!) RELAX and ENJOY!

Wonderful home near The Villages

2 Bedroom 2 Bath home with a 2 car garage, wood floors, washer and dryer and lawn service. It does have a well for water which will be maintained by the Owner and a septic system. Pets are not allowed. All stainless steel kitchen appliances, with kerig coffee maker, complimentary wine! TV's in each bedroom as well living area. Master has Queen bed and guest has two twin beds. Bike in garage for guest use. Gas Bar b que grill, near many restaurants and championship golf in The Villages.

Whole 3 acre is your fenced private dog park! Bring your pups here for a great time! We found this house with a big yard and built a fence so that our dog Maga could roam free. Unfortunately, she left us before we move here. Then one guest's dog, Legend, ran unleashed for the first time in his life. We were so touched to see how happy he was. The yard is therefore named Legend’s Run. In memory of our dog Maga, who is a legend herself, hope to bring joy to you and your dogs!
