We had a great stay! We had 2 families with young kids of all ages. They had a blast with all the toys and outdoor activities. Exactly as described, easy to find and get in and plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

It was a nice peaceful getaway for my wife and I. House was easy to find, and was easy to get into via the door code. Everything looked and smelled clean. All amenities were easily accessible as called out by the host. We’ll definitely staying again!

Summer is great. Unbeknownst to the owner though, cleaners did NOT clean in a LONG time. Dog urine on a window seat I had to scrub-filth inside and outside made for a terrible surprise for my sis’s bday. Though lake/pool are serene and pretty. Sis is an angel- With proper TLC this would be a great stay! Also- 2nd bathroom is only accessible from outside w/no sealed door - there is no living room, no couch or comfy chair anywhere outdoors or indoors. ThThe pool and canoeing were awesome- our positive attitudes helped us stay. We could not book a different place while waiting for our 50% refund after traveling already. Was offered 100% refund if we left after being there for 2 hours. So, we stayed cleaned a lot/sweated instead of relaxing enough, washed our dirty feet when walked inside w/no shoes. Cleaned dishes with scum and bugs- cleaned candy out of beds. No bed bugs though! Used own pillows and throws. No curtains on many windows- good luck sleeping past sunrise/blinding boat lights

This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

Been to many houses on Airbnb and this one is by far the best place I’ve stayed very nice and clean

We had a great experience at the lake house. Family came in from out of town to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation and there was ample space for everyone to gather. The kitchen was well appointed to allow me to prepare food and feed lots of people. The patios were spacious and the view was lovely. My family has already asked me when we can go back!

This is such a great little place with an amazing host. I hope to come back again next time I come visit. Highly recommend

This is by far one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Beautifully decorated, maintained, and well thought of. Extremely spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Fantastic selection of games and things for kids. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could dream of, even little touches like birthday candles! We chose this house because we were celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday and upon arrival, Conrad had set out a birthday banner, party blowers, and birthday glasses. He also set up a basket with everything for s’mores and waffles! The backyard is truly a magical place and very peaceful. I will forever remember the greatest tree swing looking out over the water. We loved using the kayaks too! This home is better than the pictures and we are so grateful for Conrad’s welcoming home!
