This remodeled home was done perfectly. Awesome little spot, even tho it’s a small home it feels like you have tons of room because of how it’s laid out. Grill outside was squeaky clean, and the host even brought us a brand new coffee pot because we couldn’t figure out how to work the espresso haha. If I’m ever back in the area again for work, I will stay here again. No question. Beds are super comfortable too. Thanks again!

We stayed at Pear Tree on our journey from Ohio back to Florida after the funeral of my 22 year old nephew. The home was beautiful and full of charm. It's huge! The lodging accommodations far exceeded any hotel offering at double the price! Our Mini Sheepadoodle Muppet Max enjoyed the property immensely. My teen daughter didn't want to leave. We will be back on our next journey back to Ohio! Thank you for sharing your historic home!

This was a beautiful place well located near Swan Lake and an art gallery and local theater. Lovely neighborhood with sidewalks and shady trees and a nearby little park for kids.

Our stay at this Airbnb was pleasant overall. The home is cozy and offers great value for the price. While we did encounter some cleanliness issues upon arrival, the host was very responsive and quickly offered to have a cleaning lady come to address the issue. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxing. Maybe the cleanliness issue may have been a one-time occurrence, and we appreciate the host's swift action in addressing it. Despite this, we still feel that the size and overall value of the home deserve a 5-star rating. With a bit of attention to detail and some fixing up, this Airbnb has the potential to be a fantastic place to stay. We appreciate the responsiveness and hospitality.

We loved this wonderful bungalow. It’s nicely updated and roomy. It’s actually walkable to Sumpter’s nice Main Street area (probably not in the Summer, though 😁). We have family in the area and would definitely stay here again.

Neirs home was located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The home was extremely clean and smelled good. I visit the area often and will definitely stay here again. She was very helpful and pleasant.

The location was great to shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations and family. The house was very accommodating for all of the occupants and the host Kathleen is great and very responsive, would rent from her again.

This home was immaculate and beautiful. The only thing I would recommend for travelers is having a hair dryer and toiletries. The shower caddy dispensers were empty. These things are certainly not required but would be nice. Thank you.

My family reserved this beautiful home so that we would have access to my father who is battling cancer at the local hospital, just 2 miles away. The house was perfect for our family size, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Everyone was able to rest and relax. It was so clean and well kept. The host was hospitable and accommodating. Our family came in from 3 different states to visit my father and this was the best place we could have chosen to come together. I hope to stay here again with my family!
