The unit has Solar power, free wi-fi, backup borehole water, street parking.

The newly renovated cottage is conveniently located in the quiet family suburb of Newton Park. The famous Port Elizabeth blue flag beaches are less than 10 minutes away by car. The main bedroom has a new queen-size bed. There are bunk beds partitioned off for privacy from the living area. The bunk beds are ideal for two children or alternatively an adult and child. There is undercover off-street parking for two vehicles. There is fast fiber uncapped wifi with Dstv and Netflix.
