I made a last-minute booking, and I really appreciate the host for accommodating us on such short notice. The unit is located in a quieter, less developed area, which gave us a nice sense of peace and privacy, perfect for relaxing. The place was clean, the rooms were neat, and my family felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile experience. Thanks again to the host for the warm hospitality!

We had an amazing stay here! The unit was exactly as described; clean and the house smells good. It was easy to communicate with En Khairul. He was very responsive and provide clear instruction on how to get to the unit. The thing we like most about this house is; the mesmerizing sunset view. Mashaallah sangat cantik and menenangkan! Wish i could share the stunning photos with all of you here. Recommend that if you stay here, don't miss the chance to see the sunset view from this house. The only downside was that the apartment was a bit quiet, possibly because our stay was outside of the peak season. Solo travelers should be extra careful, especially in the parking lot area inside the building. Alternatively, guests can park outdoors near the main entrance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this unit. Would definitely recommend this place for those looking for a peaceful retreat. We would be happy to stay here again! Thanks to En Khairul and wife :)

We had fantastic Hari Raya staycation at DutaVilla Homestay in Putrajaya! The Villa was spacious, comfortable, well-maintained and perfect for a getaway with family and friends. It had more than enough amenities to make our stay comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for cooking meals together. The Villa also kids friendly. Have many toys including baby chairs. Also, parking available suitable for big family to come. One of the highlight was the cleanliness of the house. The rooms are spacious and toilets were spotless and smelled fresh, making our stay even more pleasant. The host also provided plenty of towels The location was perfect. A local supermarket is just a short drive away, along with multiple other shops, making it easy to grab any necessities during our stay The host, Mr. Khairul anuar were incredibly friendly and helpful making us feel right at home. The homestay was great, very clean, spacious outdoor and very comfortable to stay. Kelvin was a veru responsive host, even we left our things at the homestay but kelvin took initiative to courier back to us the things we left. Highly recommended and we will definately will come again.

Suitable for big family gathering. Got some issue with the aircond and water pump. Second day of staying, the owner coming and fixed. Other than that was perfect.

Love the house so much. All my family members approved it. Would love to book again if there is any further stay in future. What I like the is the comfort and price wise. Owner also very responsive. 5 star well deserved!

Nice place to stay .

The homestay environment is excellent—spacious and clean rooms, perfect for families or large groups of friends. The host is very friendly and warm, making us feel right at home. There are plenty of parking spaces, and access is convenient. Just provide your car plate number in advance and you can enter using a QR code—very easy and efficient. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place! However, it may not be suitable for loud or noisy parties, so guests should be mindful of that.

Catherine’s place is clean and fully equipped! Check in process is flawless even at 1am midnight. Location is just nice for transit overnight as it is just few km away from KLIA. Overall stay experience was great!

I have had the pleasure of staying here for the fourth time, and it consistently feels like a home away from home. The house is impeccably clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. For families with children, the pool and playground are wonderful amenities. I am extremely satisfied with my experience in this home and highly recommend it to others.

May and Alex are excellent hosts! May was very responsive and considerate throughout my stay. The house was clean and beautifully maintained, which made my child super excited to stay. The swimming pool was perfect for kids, and an added bonus was the self-service laundry in the house—no need to bring home dirty clothes! The location was also very convenient, with plenty of eateries within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay with family.

空港まで約20分の便利な場所でした。朝早めのフライトだったので余裕をもって出発できました。また近くにローカルのモールがあったので、ご飯や買い物、お土産も買えました。またコンドの1階には100円ショップみたいのもあり、便利でした。 お部屋も広くくつろぐことができました。 乾燥機付きの洗濯機も便利でしたが、乾燥具合は電気なので少し弱い＋時間がかかる感じでしたが、乾燥機があるだけありがたいです。
