We had the most fantastic stay our dogs Brenda and Brian loved it too. It was so clean warm and relaxing. Kay was so welcoming and was at hand if needed. We will certainly come again. Every thing is there from towels to food bedding etc. WiFi was easy to use. We would recommend this place it's a hidden gem we loved it thank you so much

This is the second time we have stayed here. Family weekend Six adults and five grandchildren- there was plenty of space. We all love being able to walk straight on to the beach.

Just returned from a family trip staying at sandy toes. Had an awesome time, accommodation was amazing lots of room for 6 adults and 1 German shepherd who all had a ball. Definitely will return 👍👍 thanks Lisa 😘😘

A great find in a great location. If you’re after direct access to the beach and a short drive ( or walk for the energetic ) to a number of great pubs and restaurants then this is the place. The coffee hut round the corner was perfect for refreshments and snacks and Garden is a beautiful sun trap. Loved the games and ping pong, decor is cozy and stylish. We've been doing self-catering for decades and this is now top of our list. Our welcome package was a generous and thoughtful assortment of seasonal goodies, catering for both adults and little ones. We didn't venture far from the house as the children were more than happy with the beach at the front and the large back garden; the icing on the cake was hearing the toot toot of the little steam train and running to the end of the garden to wave as it chugged past. Jo was so flexible with arrival and departure times. That extra couple of hours on the final day meant we could end our holiday with a lie-in and a leisurely family breakfast, rather than the usual frantic rush. The house is tastefully furnished and well stocked with children's toys. It's very dog -friendly too, with treats, blankets and a safe garden for a runaround. I would highly recommend the Beach House.

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the beach just seconds from the Annexe. The place was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a short stay. David is really friendly and has great local knowledge. Although it is quiet we easily walked to the local pub one night, just a 25 minute walk and there is plenty to do just a short drive away in either direction. We would highly recommend for some peaceful fresh sea air.

This is a cosy cottage with great views of the sea and simple access to the beach out of the back garden.

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

A wonderful venue for a family get together. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished in Art Deco style. The position and views were amazing, and the heated pool was the icing on the cake! Thank you to Alan and Bill for letting us share your beautiful house, and for being so helpful with all our questions!

Sandra was very quick to respond and was very helpful. The caravan was perfect for what we needed and with an added bonus of a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. It was a shame the pool was closed when the site advertised it as open, but this did not affect how great the caravan was.

This was our second stay. The home is spacious and has great amenities, spotlesslyclean too. The local beach is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gute Betten. Schöner Wintergarten. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber. Einsicht, die Möglichkeit eines fehlendes Parkplatzes, was aber genau so angegeben war, war etwas mühsam. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke auch noch mal an Chris!

This was a fantastic stay at a wonderful modern flat that overlooks a quieter bay and beach on the nicer side of Margate nearer to the royal esplanade. The area feels well kept and safe. The place was spotlessly clean thanks to the brilliant check in guys, who even let us in earlier than check in and let us leave items in the fridge ahead of the formal check in time. The instructions for the flat were clear and entirely fair given this may not just be used as a rental but also for the host to use or live in themselves. The benefit of this dynamic is that the flat is beautiful and extremely well equipped especially in the kitchen. As a keen cook, I was very happy to see I had what I needed to make anything I wanted, all utensils you’d expect to have at home! His handbook had good recommendations, it’s near fantastic fish restaurants Angela’s and Sargossa which in my view are just visits for any foodie Top guy, top flat, great location - overall marvellous margs See you again soon!

Stayed here for 3 days with my partner and we had such a lovely stay! Hosts went above and beyond to provide a space that felt like home and the space was so cosy and beautiful 😍 the view was stunning and just a relaxing way to escape from reality for a while. We really appreciated the little things like snacks / food / beverages available, as well as the easy to connect WiFi and Netflix availability. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around however we mostly just went to the gym / leisure centre and made use of the sauna and steam room 😂 highly recommended if you want an easy-going host and a peaceful retreat for you and your partner

Our stay at the Waders was truly wonderful. The views were spectacular sunset and rise were beautiful. The house was beautiful clean and perfectly located. Friendly locals and all the amenities needed were in the house or nearby- I would recommend and absolutely stay here again. Thank you Liz and Barry!

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.

We had a lovely week at Carl's Airbnb. It is a gorgeous house, clean, comfy and with everything you need on a week away. The kitchen was well equipped (even with knives that were sharp which is an Airbnb rarity!). Water pressure for a good hot shower was good, plenty of clean towels. Beds were comfy too. Location was perfect for us, right on the beach, with a handy local kiosk for ice creams and other bits and bobs. Just 15 mins from Eastbourne. We also did trips to Bexhill and Hastings (by car) and also Brighton (train from Eastbourne). We were super lucky with the weather, which of course helped our enjoyment, but I'd not hesitate to book Carl's place again. Definitely recommend! The only thing I would flag is I think if you use all the beds available you may struggle with just one bathroom.

We would definitely recommend this house. Janet was a great host, always responsive, and we really appreciated the early check-in and the provisions in the fridge. The house felt like home straight away and had everything we needed. It was lovely to be right opposite the beach. We really liked Hythe and the surrounding area and will definitely come back.
