With just 5 minutes from downtown you’re a VERY short drive away to all the new and old that Vegas has to offer. Nearby you’ll find the Fremont street experience, Container Park, Slotzilla zipline experience, amazing bars and lounges and not to mention the AMAZING food. Downtown Las Vegas is an experience to be had and you will be close to all the action.

Luxury Guest Suite

Luxury Guest House with full kitchen and home amenities, comes with a queen luxury mattress bed with a Futon Sofa bed that can accommodate one more adult or 2 children. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.

Please note that we are one of the few permitted Short Term Rentals in the Vegas area (County inspected and approved, business license issued)!

Homey Guesthouse w/ private entry & parking

Private Studio, 15 minutes from the Strip and 10 minutes from the airport. The studio is part of the house that we have completely cut off from where we stay so that you have complete privacy and comfort. The right side of the driveway is yours with a private entry. This area is quiet and safe. I am more than happy to answer any questions.
