My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I do not allow pets and have parking for one vehicle. Generally check-in is after 2pm and check-out is 10am but I am flexible when possible. From June 19, 2021 - September 4, 2021, 7-day min. only with check-in on Saturday and check-out on following Saturday. The rest of the year there is a 2-day minimum

Take it easy at this remodelled, well stocked, peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Our little cottage is within walking distance to the beach, the bars (Cabana Sam's / Sunset Bay Beach Club / Sportsman's Restaurant) and located across the street from the Sunset Bay State Marine Park. Our Place is a 6 night minimum from June 15- Sept 1 before or after that if an inquiry is sent for less days we will accept the offer if it's available.
