We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years. Gwen and Chris were by far the most helpful of any hosts we have had. Gwen gave us lots of ideas for activities and actually delivered fresh seafood for us several times. Chris transported their kayaks to a local lake for us (and came back to retrieve them later). They both went above above and beyond. We hope to return to this beautiful area, and we would definitely stay in this this home again.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We had the best time staying at Barb’s place. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need. The space is extremely private to the point that you almost feel you are on your own private island. The lake is crystal clear and the surroundings are picturesque! We all felt completely at home during our stay and will most definitely be back again!!

Heather's place was really beautiful and exactly as pictured. The view is really wonderful and the house is quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations spacious. We made several meals and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub. The location was close to the water, a local cidery, and local hikes/walks.

The perfect getaway. The house is well kept and fully equipped for a good weekend away. The hot tub, sauna, and water provide activities for all weather. The scenery is breathtaking—thank you for hosting can’t wait to come back!

We had a very nice stay at Tanner's place. The open concept home was really nice to share as a space amongst friends and we loved the close access to the beach.

It was an enchanting experience that lived up to all the beautiful photos on the listing . True BC West Coast experience. We will be back soon for sure.

Ian & Jackie were very friendly and accommodating hosts. They live on the property as well but in a separate home, so there is still plenty of privacy if that’s what you are wanting. It is very quiet and there is lots of green space and a nice walk down to access the inlet.

Truly a five star worthy place. Cozy and stylish at the same time, lots of beautiful details and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is right at the beach with view of the sunset and the hosts go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel at home.

The cabin of your childhood dreams…sit back, relax, enjoy the lake and connect with family/friends. North Lake has fabulous swimming and almost no bugs. The cabin has a lovely view and lots of different areas to sleep. Lynne was a great host, very attentive and communicative. We had a lovely time, thanks Lynne.

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place! The surroundings were stunning, with a beautiful water view and a lovely garden that made the experience even more special. Michelle was an incredible host, very kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even staying up late just to welcome us and ensure we had everything we needed. When we requested extra bakeware, she provided it right away. The home felt cozy and inviting, truly a home away from home. We highly recommend staying here!

I had visitors from over seas and they didn’t want to travel far but still wanted to get out of the city and relax. The coast is the perfect spot and Peter’s cabin was the best way for them to experience it. 15minute drive to the ferry and 5 to the general store. The cabin is gorgeous, modern still with a the rustic feel of a cabin. We loved star gazing in front of the camp fire on the beach. Spent the day exploring the beach and rock pools. Lots of star fish, otters and what felt like all the seals in BC floating by. Bring your binoculars!

We stayed 3 nights in Colin's cabine. it was the last days of our honeymoon. It was absolutly perfect! We loved our stay. We loved the cabine. It’s not that rustic. The bed, the sheets, the towels, the dishes are new. The cabine is in between the woods and the sea. the view is spectacular. We saw many animals. It’s calm and lovely. The town and the restaurants are at 15 min by car. You can relax, walk, reflect and enjoy life. Last but not least, Colin is really nice, reactive and helpful. He seems to be a really good person. Beautiful spot in paradise. The cabin was fully stocked with beautiful linen, bathroom amenities and a fully stocked kitchen (2 fridges). The communication from the owners was amazing. The only problem was the road up, they do have a gator but you need experience to use it but otherwise highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay. If you’re looking for a genuine and cute glamping experience then this place is perfect. The property is lovely, the sites are private and the amenities make you feel like you’re camping in comfort. I loved the camping style with the foot pump water and propane stove, so make sure you’re up for it. I slept the nights with the frame open and had no issues with bugs, and got the chance to have a lovely campfire and hang with the local brown Hares. It was a great place to step away for a while:)

Michael's place was beautifully decorated with lots of space to relax and enjoy the wonderful views. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms, squeaky clean. We enjoyed the fireplace on the main floor (bring wood) and loved soaking in the hot tub, listening to the birdsong. Michael was easy to communicate with and quick to answer our questions. We would love to stay at the lodge again. Thanks Michael!

We had an amazing weekend at the cabin! Cheyenne was incredibly helpful, and we truly appreciated the flexibility. We highly recommend this beautiful location and can’t wait to return on our next visit to the Sunshine Coast. Thanks again!

Our visit was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. The cabin was cozy and thoughtfully considered with many amenities to help us enjoy our stay. We will be back. We could easily get used to looking at the stunning view of the Marina. Gayle and Lee are fantastic hosts and we’d love to visit the Sunshine Coast again!
