Beyond the Gates is a recently converted barn offering luxury accommodation in an idyllic semi-rural location just 5 miles from Norwich. The barn is open and airy, all rooms are on one level with patio areas front and rear, private walled garden and hot tub. Light and airy, the Coach House is the perfect place for a relaxing break. The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

Our quirky rivers edge holiday lodge features a timber interior and boasts a prime position on the River Yare. Nature’s Nook is in an excellent location, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, perfect for fishing breaks. Wildlife enthusiasts will love watching the river activity and the sunsets are incredible! The double doors open out to a veranda with dining furniture and steps down to the waters’ edge. Moor your own or hired boat right outside your cosy holiday lodge!

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
