Private one acre, quiet setting just 80 feet off Sunshine Lake. Take advantage of ice fishing for Rainbow Trout in the winter and snow shoes or cross country skiing through wooded trails. Great snow machine cabin too! Summer months are great for non-motorized boats.

Note: The Denali National Park entrance is a 3 hour drive from Talkeetna! There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property and access to local bike and ski trails.
