The Family "Ponderosa"

Come experience luxury camping at it's finest in rural Pennsylvania. A 38' luxury travel trailer set near Little Roaring Creek is as peaceful as it gets. The camper has all the accommodations of home with a spacious sized living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Outdoors guest have access to their own fire pit, picnic table & both gas/charcoal grills which is all in close proximity to the creek. Original 1960s Camper near Seneca Lake

This 1961 camper is located on 75 acres of trees, creeks, fields. It's situated in a gully, privately located, amongst some black walnut trees for shade. It has 2 beds and will sleep 4. There's also a small bunk bed. There's no running water in the camper but there's plenty available. The bathroom's located about 60' away, designated for guests using the camper & tree tent. The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.

Enjoy this modernized RV with all the comforts of home. RV is in the backyard of a private property with a vacant home (future remodel project) surrounded by beautiful conservation land. The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. There are other units available for rent on the property as well, so bring your friends along! Chickens and honey bees (safe distance) are on the property!
