We were a group of 10 and spent Thanksgiving week with our kids and grandkids at Paul's place. The house was perfect with plenty of space, nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It was walkable to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The weather cooperated and we spent time walking, sitting and playing football on the beach. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. We appreciated the perfect place for our family to gather for Thanksgiving! Thanks Paul

We had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic for the kids to ride bikes on the boardwalk by themselves.

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

What an amazing place! We were here for a family reunion, with 6 adults and 2 teens, and it felt so spacious and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is amazing - so well appointed and functionally designed - it's much nicer than my kitchen at home! :) We enjoyed the open floorplan upstairs for lots of easy hang-out time while cooking, eating, playing games, etc. Luda was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host. Overall, a fantastic stay - we will be back!

My family like many others is spread all over the place, and Rehoboth has long been our meeting place. However with multiple generations come very specific needs and Leigh’s house seemed to check all the boxes. It wasn’t until we arrived that we realized we would have our best family trip yet. From the spacious rooms and privacy for those of us needing to work, vs outdoor spaces (balcony, yard, patio, deck) for those wanting to play, we had it all. This may be the first time no one got annoyed with anyone else on a family vacation—because we all had space to breathe and relax as well as come together in the living room and lovely massive, well equipped kitchen. (Seriously, the knife set?! And even a popcorn popper? And a lemon juicer? Pepper grinder? Be still my beating Airbnb heart!) Leigh was super responsive anytime I had a question, and sent a wonderful restaurant rec list that gave us our fave meal. Linens and beds, amazing! Beach gear is A+. We’ll be back 💯!!!

We stayed at Trina’s place on a resent golf trip. She was great, and her place is exactly as described. She reached out days before we arrived with clear directions for check in, which was a breeze. Trina responded very quickly to my question and I would highly recommend stay with her if you are traveling to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Autumn's house. The house itself was really lovely - clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. And the location was unbeatable: near enough to the beach and restaurants in town to walk everywhere, but in an adorable and quiet neighborhood. (We were visiting in the off season, so probably things are more hectic in the summer, but I would absolutely pick this house over other options in the future). Autumn was also very communicative and responsive. A great find all around.

me and my wife stayed here with our 2pups willow and mazie. place was AMAZING for the dogs. fenced in back yard in and wrap around front porch that we ALL could enjoy neighbors were wonderful people and Dog lovers ❤️. James was a GREAT HOST. we actually got to meet him in person. I wish we could have spent more time talking. locationis KEY. run the dogs at fenwick beach then hop down downtown to plenty of restaurants and bars...we will definitely be back...thank you james

The condo was perfect! It was immaculate and was furnished comfortably. There are a lot of stores and restaurants near by and the quaint downtown of Lewes is an easy 15 minute ride. I was very appreciative that the host, Jessica, was able to accommodate my request for a change of dates. Overall, there is not one thing about the condo I would change! I will definitely stay again if I’m traveling to the area of Lewes or Rehobeth Beach!! Thank you, Colleen

We had a very nice stay! The location is fantastic - we walked right into to town, didn’t have to worry about parking. The space is lovey too - well decorated, clean, and had everything we could have needed. We would definitely stay again.

I would have to say this was the cutest little place to stay in Rehoboth. Easy access to all the places we wanted to go! And not to mention the cute rocking chairs on the back porch to enjoy the lake with turtles and other animals. Highly recommend staying at this place!!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! The townhome was so spacious and immaculate. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of bathrooms/showers, and lots of hang out space which was super helpful with 2 little ones! Pool was great as well and the location was perfect. Everything was a short drive or walk away! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Great house and wonderful location close to the beach. House was exactly as described and is very comfortable and roomy. Made for a wonderful week in Dewey Beach. Can't wait to go back!

The house was clean and spacious. She let us know ahead of time that the landscapers were going to be there laying mulch. We were not at the house much because we were in town for a wedding, but it was clean and suited our needs.

We were visiting Rehoboth Beach briefly for the marathon, and John's place was the perfect spot to stay! Just half a mile to the boardwalk/beach, and super close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops in Rehoboth. John was in touch with us early and shared a helpful check-in guide well ahead of our stay. Comfortable bed, cozy apartment - highly recommend!

Rajan was such a great person to work with leading up to and during our stay. The house was incredibly clean and just as described. More than enough space for our 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The location is fantastic with beaches and plenty of activities within a short distance. The three pools within the neighborhood were a great addition with two kids. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! It was clean and comfortable. My family felt right at home. There were beach chairs, paddle boards and even crockpots available for our use. The pictures online do not show the beauty of this home. Would definitely recommend to stay in this home.

Beautiful condo and community. Went for an off-season getaway and was very happy they are dog friendly. The condo was clean and spacious. There were LOTS of steps to the second floor. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. We did not use any of the resort amenities but the community was quiet and a great place to walk the dog. Since it was a winter getaway, was hoping to cozy up by the fire however there was a tag on the mantel saying the gas was off due to a valve leak. It was dated 2021, so I guess they aren’t concerned with getting it fixed. I would stay here again.

The community around Beth’s condo is amazing. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything to where it’s not a hassle to get there! Plenty of space inside the condo so people don’t feel crammed! Sits on a beautiful golf course! Can’t recommend this condo enough!

The house was very nice and the amenities like the community pool and hot tub were great! We were swimming outside at the end of October because the pool was heated! We arrived at night and had a tricky time finding the front door, it was a little confusing, but we eventually found it. The house was lovely and well stocked with dish soap and laundry detergent. The only complaint was how uncomfortable the master bed is. Other than that we enjoyed everything about the house.

Mark’s home was absolutely amazing! Super clean! So spacious. Beautifully decorated. It was just as described. There are so many restaurant and recreational options nearby. The pool was so much fun. Parking was great, right out front with overflow parking. The arcade set up was so fun for my son. Huge TVs in every room. So amazingly clean and the beds were so comfortable! Neighborhood was private, quiet and safe. Will definitely stay again.

Our family enjoyed our vacation and stay in Judie’s home. She was a very responsive host throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and more- which made things very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were all comfy and cozy and very clean. Bathrooms had all toiletries including makeup remover! We literally did not need to pack any towels from home because Judie had everything! We traveled with two kids ages 3 and 4 so the fact that she had beach toys and chairs for them and a wagon in the garage for us to use was very convenient. It was overall less things I had to worry about packing. We love the Bishop’s Landing community pools; the one pool is within a short walking distance from Judie’s home. The location to stores and restaurants are easy and quick as well. This is our second year staying in Bishop’s Landing and we hope to be back again. Judie’s home would be at the top of our list.
