This home was lovingly upgraded, renovated by Glennie's grandson. Enjoy the sunshine off of the back deck while preparing your BBQ. Take a short walk to Milton's city park which is a few minutes from the house off of the Broadkill River. Check out some of the gift shops, eateries, The Milton Theatre, or a tour of the world renown Dogfish Head Brewery.

Stay at our lovely home and enjoy a peaceful and quiet country setting. Come back after the beach and cook on the grill and relax in our private home sitting at the end of Derikson Creek. Large wrap around back deck with a view down the creek and into the woods. Plenty of room inside with a large living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. Our cozy home is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

It hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2 dining rooms, large kitchen, a huge living room all sitting on 2 1/2 acres for the kids and pets to run have everything you need.
