The studio has a private entrance on the left side of our house. It consists of one large room with ample living and sleeping spaces, including a queen size bed, a comfy loveseat, and a walk-in closet. A double sink bathroom has plenty of shelving for towels and toiletries. There is off-street parking for 1 car.

The suite has been painted, local art work has been added and the second room has been converted into a sitting room. A Murphy bed was installed that when not in use converts to a sofa. All new A/V equipment has been added.
