It felt like home! The apartment was super clean and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even the air purifier. The location is just perfect. And the big advantage is that the apartment is not hot because direct sunlight doesn’t reach the room. Yes, you can hear the planes but it didn’t bother me at all. The communication was friendly, quick and helpful. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Chiang Mai!

Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

집은 쾌적하고 깔끔하며 넓었습니다. 헬스장과 수영장 시설도 있었고, 1층엔 카페와 여행 패키지를 예약할 수 있는 등 편리했습니다. 다만 콘도앞과 주변에 유흥업소가 있어서 어린아이와 동반한다면 조금은 불편할 수 있습니다.

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

got a great price on my stay here and Mam was so lovely and so fast to respond and help, even not the same day of the earthquake Mam was making repairs and recommended me great local spots for food and fun, perfect stay and the room was very cosy and spacious.

정말 훌륭한 숙소. 괜찬은 wifi, 제대로 된 주방. 세탁기, 뜨거운 샤워, 그리고 아름다운 동네. 모든게 완벽했습니다.

John has good communication skills, keeps the refrigerator well stocked with breakfast and drinks, and is a very considerate host!

We absolutely love your condo! The huge couch and the layout of the TV facing the bed are perfect – who wouldn’t enjoy lounging and watching TV in total comfort? The smart partition door between the bedroom and living room is genius too! One of us prefers sleeping with the AC blasting while the other doesn’t, but closing the door halfway lets us perfectly balance the temperature. The space is compact yet amazingly well-equipped.

Best Airbnb in my Southeast Asia trip! Felt right at home. AC worked perfectly, comfortable bed, clean and cozy place. If you as a guest are reading this review don’t doubt it, this is the place right to book.

Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen. Gerade wenn man für eine längere Zeit eine ruhige Wohnung sucht. Der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren klasse. Die Sicherheitsleute waren äußerst freundlich und die gesamte Außenanlage wurde täglich gereinigt. Mit dem Roller oder mit Grab ist alles einfach zu erreichen. Egal ob Flughafen, Innenstadt oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück!

This place was exactly what our family needed! Close to everything and less than 10min drive to night market. Ben was extremely helpful and responsive. All staff members at the property were so halpful and kind. Cannot not recommend this place enough! Best views and don't even get me starred on the pool! just beautiful! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

사진으로 보기보다 엄청 큰 공간이었습니다. 위치야 말할것도 없이 좋았고요. 변기 수압이 조금 약한 것과, 제가 갔을때 욕조가 고장났었전 점을 제외하면 만족합니다. 호스트가 엄청 친절하고 영어를 잘 해서 마지막까지 신경써주고 기분 좋게 배웅받았어요~

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

De kamer was schoon en had alle faciliteiten. Erg blij met de wasmachine, de airco werkte heel goed! Verder mooie kamer en goed contact gehad met de host. Ze is erg klantvriendelijk, reageert snel en komt met allemaal tips wat te doen in de buurt. Zwembad was geweldig met een prachtig uitzicht en de gym is voor hotelbegrippen zeer goed!

Really nice place and has all the amenities you need for cooking and cleaning. No issues with communication and any questions I had were answered quickly. I was very sad to leave and I hope to stay again next year! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Loved our stay here- got beautiful views of the city and also enjoyed the neighborhood. Close to the night bazaar and easy to get taxis for longer distances. Xiyuan was very proactive in her communication and gave us clear check in instructions.

별점 6개가 있으면 드리고 싶을 정도로 만족스럽습니다:) 체크인 과정부터 체크아웃까지 모든과정에서 친절함과 신속함으로 응대해주셨고 숙소 역시 청결하고 사진과 정확히 같았습니다. 침대는 포근하고 푹신했으며 침구역시 깔끔하고 좋은향기가 났습니다❤️ 입실하는 순간부터 숙소에서는 좋은 향기가 나요!! 입지요건은 말할것도 없이 좋아 번화가에서 신나는 시간을 보낼수 있었습니다. 숙소의 냉장고 성능까지 좋아 정말 시원한 물과 맥주를 충분히 마실 수 있었고 호스트께서는 여분의 생수와 생필품까지 충분히 준비해 주셨어요. 와이파이 연결도 불편함이 없었고 모든것이 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 공간이 넓어 두사람이 지내는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 청소도구도 준비되어있어 청결을 유지할 수 있었고 세탁세제와 주방용품도 충분히 비치가 되어 있어 불편함이 전혀없었습니다. 너무나 집처럼 안락하고 편안해 더 연장하고 싶었지만 뒤에 예약이있어 연장을 못해 오히려 아쉬웠습니다. 행복한 추억을 만들고 갑니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 오면 꼭 다시 들를 예정입니다. 이번엔 3주이상 미리 예약을 해야겠어요. 다음에 꼭 다시봐요🙏💕
