So much fun! Place was very clean. We spent all our time outside either playing with the zip line or in the hot tub. Did an Easter egg hunt with plenty of fun places to hide eggs for kids. Easy check-in and out. Place had everything we needed. Super cute and perfect for a quick getaway. We also went to Royal springs close by where the kids had so much fun jumping off the platform into the water. Thanks for the recommendation!

Beautiful home and great location on the river. The beach area was a great spot for the younger kids to play in the water. The hot tub was perfect for later in the evening for everyone to relax. Would absolutely stay again!

It was a great place to stay for my sisters wedding. While I wasn’t at the place for very long it was definitely better than getting a hotel room! The cats were awesome, the place was clean, and the host was friendly and able to help us out with any issue we had. 10/10 would recommend

Comfortable space for a big family with big dogs. The house is really thoughtfully furnished and laid out. You can tell this place is an actual vacation home that Debbie's family really uses and loves, not just a rental.

My family and I had an amazing time in and Theresa's Lodge. It was fully stocked with everything that you need. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was huge and the view and peacefulness was priceless. A lot of great memories were made. We would definitely like to come back one day thank you, Theresa.

The place was fantastic. The host was even more fantastic. I would go there just to visit with Erik again. Such a cozy place!!

This was one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is right here on the property. See it’s listed for sale which makes me sad because this was our first time and we already can’t wait to go back 10/10 stay couldn’t ask for anything better great property!!

Eric was very communicative and a very gracious host. The cabin was cozy and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful, exactly what we needed. We spent a good majority of our time in the swim spa that seemed to melt away the stress of every day life. We got steaks from Mobley's, absolutely delicious. Very satisfied and a wonderful anniversary getaway

Wir waren das zweite Mal am Santa Fe River und auch diesmal hat es uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich wegen dem Camp Manatee, dem Cam Manatee Team und dem Keg Room. Nicht nur das, auch wegen dem Deck, wo wir wir immer, Stundenlange die Stille, den Santa Fe River mit den fliegenden Fischen, Tiergeräuschen, Vollmond genossen haben. Wir können das Haus und das Team nur empfehlen....es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt...

We had an amazing time in the backyard by the fire pit with the family and our pet. Would love to come back in the near future what a beautiful property what a beautiful experience. I will definitely recommend for anybody that wants to have a nice peaceful time with the family

My Father-in-law was looking for a pace to ride out the hurricane in Florida. Eric did a great job of being a host as well as a friend. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this cozy cabin and had an incredible experience! The place was exactly as described — clean, beautifully decorated, and tucked away in a peaceful, scenic location. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, a super comfortable bed, and even a fire pit outside which made for some amazing evenings under the stars. The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and lots of great local recommendations. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh coffee and extra blankets. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, I can’t recommend this cabin enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very private and peaceful for our group of friends! Great TV, wi-fi, hottub -- all the amenities you'd expect from somewhere in the city, without any of the noise and neighbors. An awesome find! Would definitely recommend :)
