Excellent experience great place to stay very clean and comfortable along with great location I’ll be back.

Our stay included 4 adults, 3 children (ranging from ages 11-17) and 2 dogs. We stayed for 3 nights and are excited to go back. The cabin was exactly as described. It was easy to find yet away from noise and major roads. From the moment we got there the kids immediately took out the kayaks and explored the Santa Fe river. We saw manatee, river otter and plenty of fish. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking (which we did every meal) that was a real money saver as going out is expensive. The grill was clean and the fire pit is a solo stove which was nice since it is smokeless. It was nice to sit out by the fire at night and make smores. I can’t say enough great things about the property and about our host. Melissa was very responsive. Whenever I had questions about the area she responded quickly with extensive information which was very much appreciated. Like I said at the start, we are looking forward to going back again.

Easy to find, restaurants and shopping minutes away. Very quiet. Plenty of games to enjoy after hours. Tv in every room. Host are VERY responsive.

Had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home and so grateful I did! It is even more serene and amazing than the photos. So many surrounding natural springs to enjoy, and such a relaxing area to destress and disconnect from everything. The hosts were very friendly and made the stay so smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Nice getaway for a couple of days. Lots of room for the dogs and being right on the river was pretty cool. Fun to check out White Springs and Live Oak.

Great hosts and a great place to stay. Attention to detail in all aspects, from the utensils and set up in the kitchen to the layout of everything you might need in the bathroom. Great country vibe throughout! We were in the area to visit family for a reunion and enjoyed our stay very much. We'll definitely look to come back. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming, and quick to get back to us with all correspondence. Easy to see why they have a well deserved perfect 5.0 rating.

Kim’s cabin in the woods Meant to Be was a wonderful retreat! It was so cozy and welcoming! We loved the high ceilings and spacious living area. We had everything we needed - plenty of towels and blankets, a very comfortable king bed, lots of hot water and cool air conditioning! We brought our jet ski and appreciated using the private boat ramp in the community. We had not been to this area before and loved exploring the rivers and springs which are so beautiful! We had an amazing time and hope to come back again!

This was our second stay at Manatee Ranch. It was as enjoyable as our first. Diane is super quick to respond to any questions. The property was as peaceful and well-maintained as before. Plenty of bicycles, canoes , kayaks, and floats available to use. We came with our grandkids again, and they had an amazing time. On Tuesday we had the entire river to ourselves! We relaxed and took a two hour float down the Itchetucknee and saw all kinds of water fowl, turtles and even a manatee! The camper set up is so easy, and there's plenty of room to pitch tents, as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back next year! Perfect location if you are planning to go to the springs. Peaceful neighborhood. Large fenced in yard for your pups. Easy check-in. The home was clean. Lots of amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Thomas!

We had a lovely stay here. We floated the nearby Ichetucknee spring at the state park south entrance it was absolutely beautiful and perfect weather. At the campsite, we used the grill and dock where we fished a little and we spent a lot of time on all the nearby springs as well. We didn’t use the park pass that Jerry provides but now that we are more familiar with the area we probably would if we visit again. We saw the parks on our float.. very nice neighborhood and spots to put in a kayak. This property is private and peaceful.

Paul has been great and very communicative! It was great having fresh eggs available as well! The place is cozy and tucked privately on the lot! Very clean RV and well taken care of!

This is our third year using Pete's Place while attending the Florida Folk Festival. It's a nice relaxing home which fits our needs perfectly, thanks!

This place was nice and peaceful. It was a great experience for my Grandkids coming from a city to the country. it was very clean and we enjoyed the wild life (deers) I recommend this place you will enjoy it I will be back next year

we write this review with great trepidation and pause... in fear that the next time we want to stay, the site will not be available... We absolutely loved the River Bend Retreat! Secluded? yes. Beautiful? yes. Quiet? The faint sound of the interstate would be heard... but barely. Ammenities? Indeed. More ways to cook than you can shake a stick with. Our dogs stayed off leash the entire time and had plenty of space to roam... and the cleared area around the cabin let us keep an eye on them easily. The wildlife was great, too. Had a half dozen deer come by in the evening for some grazing. The birds were constantly singing... even at night. Thank you chuck-will's-widow. The fire pit let us enjoy the evening... I don't know if this is everyone's cup of tea... bit it sure as heck was ours! We will return. Thank you.

This was one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is right here on the property. See it’s listed for sale which makes me sad because this was our first time and we already can’t wait to go back 10/10 stay couldn’t ask for anything better great property!!

Very private and peaceful for our group of friends! Great TV, wi-fi, hottub -- all the amenities you'd expect from somewhere in the city, without any of the noise and neighbors. An awesome find! Would definitely recommend :)

Eric was very communicative and a very gracious host. The cabin was cozy and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful, exactly what we needed. We spent a good majority of our time in the swim spa that seemed to melt away the stress of every day life. We got steaks from Mobley's, absolutely delicious. Wir waren das zweite Mal am Santa Fe River und auch diesmal hat es uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich wegen dem Camp Manatee, dem Cam Manatee Team und dem Keg Room. Nicht nur das, auch wegen dem Deck, wo wir wir immer, Stundenlange die Stille, den Santa Fe River mit den fliegenden Fischen, Tiergeräuschen, Vollmond genossen haben. Wir können das Haus und das Team nur empfehlen....es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt...

My family and I had an amazing time in and Theresa's Lodge. It was fully stocked with everything that you need. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was huge and the view and peacefulness was priceless. A lot of great memories were made. We would definitely like to come back one day thank you, Theresa.

Comfortable space for a big family with big dogs. The house is really thoughtfully furnished and laid out. You can tell this place is an actual vacation home that Debbie's family really uses and loves, not just a rental.
