The location is great, nice safe neighborhood, and within walking distance of shops and coffee. There was a large fenced in yard for our dog and a nice deck, etc. We had a couple of issues and the owner’s response was fast and the issues resolved. We also had ample supplies of household goods. Overall, our month here was excellent.

We stayed at William’s home twice and both times it was immaculate, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and bed. The fenced yard was just what our puppy needed after a day of traveling. We absolutely loved staying here and this home!

This was the 2nd time we stayed. Gary was extremely helpful and responsive to us…figuring out the guest passes and golf reservations, questions about the house, etc. He is a perfect host!

Nicole was great, we had a group of lineman who stayed at the house while working from Hurricane Helene and they enjoyed the house very much.

Very peaceful and quiet place to refuge. Enjoyed the decor and the couch is AMAZING, the pictures do not do it justice. Walkable to Dollar General.

The house and amenities are as described, we had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks, grill, and made s’mores by the fire. Didn’t notice any sulfur smell, even after running showers. Great location for Rainbow Springs, Ocala, Crystal River and other state parks! Peaceful and quiet while still being close to main roads. Overall, great place to stay and would visit again!

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

What a beautiful place. The neighborhood reminded me of New Orleans with the 2 story shotgun houses. It was very peaceful. I took an Uber to & from VyStar Arena. There was plenty of room to spread out. The bed was comfortable. They provided some bottled water, coffee & snacks. It is always nice to have a place with off street parking. The porch looked very inviting, but I was unable to enjoying it thanks to the pollen this season. I felt right at home. This will definitely be the first place I check for my next trip to Jacksonville. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Regina was an amazing hostess, including giving us homemade chicken salad. The unit was exactly as described. The location was great and easy to get to the many activities in the area. We would highly recommend staying here.

What a great gem! Love the location, the BEST possible area to be! The cottage is simplistic decorated, free of clutter and you feel right at home walking in! Will definitely be back at stay here! We had a great time! We came for a concert at VyStar and enjoyed having a place that was close by so we could all hang out afterward.

We enjoyed our stay!! There was so much to do. Five Points area was down town in walking distance . The view was awesome and the home was beautiful we felt right at home and we would definitely stay again

Jill’s place at the Blue Heron room was a perfect place for our one night stay. We had water and snacks waiting for us and having no checkout instructions is always a plus!

Such an amazing place. Great location with a spacious, welcoming home. Things were a little dirty but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. we ordered groceries for delivery and the cleaner was sweet enough to go ahead and put them in for us. we appreciate all of her help. if you have a large family or group traveling definitely book this place

Wonderful historic home and beautiful property. We had the pool heated for our entire stay to fully enjoy the tropical back yard which is every bit as good as in the photos. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Avondale makes it quick to grab a bite to eat. The master has a lovely little veranda although the French doors and proximity to the street can let road noise in. The home is furnished with everything you need plus extra touches like fruit, coffee and fresh flowers from Angela. The house was especially clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Jennifer's Everything was as described. We loved how clean it was. It was close to everything you needed, especially Publix. The name peaceful retreat sums it up. Jennifer was accommodating with check in and always got back to me with all my questions! We had a wonderful Easter visiting our daughter at UF. We will be sure staying here again.

This house was great for us! It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. We could easily walk to the pool and to the square. The golf cart was a great addition. We would take it to the square in the evening for dinner and then dancing. So convenient. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Tayana!
