There is a voice-controlled speaker system you can play both in the living room and kitchen. There is a pet cat in the house when it is not in rent.

It is very well equipped to make everyone feel at home away from home. Reykjavik centrum is 10 km away. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and cutlery. Take a break and unwind in our peaceful annex, conveniently located for hikes to the Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River, and a wealth of amenities in Hveragerði. The annex has a private entrance, king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and basic cooking facilities (added in January 2026). You will also have exclusive use of the garden hot tub, a tranquil escape nestled among the birch and aspen trees. Please note that we have a very friendly dog who you may meet!
