Our spacious, newly renovated, cozy and clean 108 sq. m. apartment is in the central part of the city, in the old historical building that is surrounded by valuable historical houses in German architecture style. The apartment is located about 15-20 min walk from the old town, bus and train stations, 5 min from the entertainment park and bicycle tracks, 10 min from the shopping center. Melnrage beach is about 20 min walk through the forest or 5 min drive.

This is probably the most spacious place You can find in Palanga for this price. 130 square meters + 30 s.m. private roof top calm terrace. Spacious kitchen and most importantly two separate bathrooms if You come with his or her parents. Well You know what I mean. The rest I hope is understandable from the pictures. (If not let me know) Also barbecue is available with electric stove in the terrace. I will provide. Please don’t set the house on fire.
