Villa Animo is an oasis for perfect vacation with family or friends. Fully fenced villa with 3 parking lots. You can enjoy in a beautiful pool of 36 m2. Open space house with a fully equipped, kitchen and dining room for 8 people. Villa also has an outdoor dining room with a charcoal grill and a covered terrace by the pool, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Separate bathroom is with bathtub. All rooms are air-conditioned. Villa Animo is located only 3 km from Labin and 7 km from Rabac.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
