Located in a family neighborhood with houses close together so very important that our guests are respectful, in terms of noise and disturbances . Absolutely no parties are allowed. As a tight knit neighborhood, we will be alerted if house rules are not obeyed . We love treating guests with special touches upon request. The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

Located in the geographical middle of Boston you can get to anywhere in the city within 20 minutes including Harvard/MIT, Downtown, Fenway, Hynes Convention Center, Seaport and more. This pseudo apartment on the first floor is separate from the rest of the house and has its own private entrance, a private bathroom and a dedicated off street parking spot. A well-appointed 2 story townhouse located in the heart of Old Town Marblehead and footsteps from Crocker Park overlooking Marblehead Harbor. Walking distance to everything! Our space includes 1 queen bedroom and 1 bathroom upstairs with a kitchen, dining room, and living room (with full sofa bed) downstairs. A private entrance right off main street allows for some R&R while being close to all that Marblehead has to offer. We look forward to hosting you!
