We had a great stay here for a wedding in the area. Found a lovely place to eat nearby called Garden Company. The house was nicely decorated, clean and exactly what was listed. The owner was super responsive. A fun weekend, for sure.

We booked this for a family reunion we attend in the area every two years and we filled the houses with three generations of cousins, siblings and spouses. We had a great time and the setup of the houses and rooms were perfect for us. We have already said we plan to book in 2027 for the next reunion. Thanks for the hospitality and beautiful place!

This was a surprise trip for my fiancé. We both love being outside and this place provided! We loved that it’s a treehouse! Not like a lot of the over-glorified glamping ones. The one that you’ve always imagined growing up, but it had everything and more. We appreciated all the small details playfully placed everywhere. The outdoor shower and cowboy hottub were the highlight of our trip. Just be aware that you may hear some road noise in the distance, but you’ll get used to it. For those who may have gotten caught up in growing up in a fast-paced and demanding society that stole your identity, this is the perfect place that will help you rediscover and feed your inner child. Well it did for this retired Army combat medic. This WAS initially for my fiancé but I think we both were able to sink in and enjoy it together. The place has a natural way of doing that. Great space - perfect for a weekend away. The outdoor patio and living area were perfect for gathering and having conversations. The space worked well and was perfect. Would definintely rent this space again when return to Lockhart.

Christy's Place in the New Ulm countryside was wonderful. The guest house was comfortable, cozy and views with many windows were very relaxing. We came during Antique Week so did a lot of shopping in the area and not as much time on the property. Next time we will definitely walk the property trails and sit by their beautiful pond. She was the best host, even providing many varieties of breakfast items and coffees/teas/bottled waters. Temperatures were cool and even the heater worked immediately. We loved watching the birds at the bird feeder at the kitchen table. A cozy and peaceful place to stay. We can't wait to return and relax on the ranch!

I was in town for a charity event and needed a convenient location for me and two other work friends. Tyler’s place checked all of our boxes. A beautiful home in a serene location. We were able to cook in and enjoy each other’s company. We will definitely be rebooking. Thanks Tyler for a great stay!

Cozy and rustic little place with all one’s living needs facilitated. Also surrounded by vast grassy fields of adorable cows. Supermarket and Walmart are a short trip to town. Would stay again.
