Great little place. Very private, even though it's upstairs of the main house. It has a separate entrance. This apartment, has the best views in the whole house, overlooking a field. Great little kitchen (with coffee supplies, tea, and some snacks). Comfortable separate bedroom. I could live there pretty happily!

Cute and exceptionally clean apartment. Great location, walkable to attractions and restaurants. Very peaceful. Eileen was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to enjoy the beautiful and homey apartment and absolutely breathtaking surroundings! John does such a wonderful job making sure the apartment is clean, inviting, and well stocked with everything you might need. We got a great night’s sleep in the very comfortable beds. On top of all of that, he is warm and friendly and it’s very apparent he loves being a host. Thank you, John!! We hope to have the opportunity to stay again, only for more than a quick visit next time!

Overall an amazing stay. Beautiful home and the jacuzzi was a plus. The only thing I would say was a little bothersome was we were able to hear the neighbors upstairs but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this place.

The listing was walk to fish and that’s what it was, I was completely unsure of where it was but I know the general area I got into town a couple hours early and took up the beautiful river to go fishing and we ended up at the town pool and then I looked the address up and it was right across the street from the parking lot, it was an extremely clean and beautiful place and Scott was very helpful messaged back quick and with helpful information on the question I asked

They mentioned the home had just become available after a long-term stay and, since there weren’t many recent reviews, they shared the downstairs listing, which had 25 perfect five-star reviews. It was clear people had loved their stay. They also managed to turn the place around in record time—immaculately clean and feeling brand new. My employees had nothing but great things to say. The stay was quiet and comfortable, even with another guest downstairs. The furniture was super cozy, the kitchen fully stocked, and the fireplace made the space feel extra inviting. They especially loved starting the morning with coffee on the enclosed porch and having a dedicated office space for work. The location is safe, quiet, and close to downtown. Allison and Stephen were fantastic hosts—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. I’d definitely book again!

Very nice accommodations. Beautiful lake. Enjoyed kayaking and rowing in the lake. Spacious rooms. Had lots of fun.

The Farm House Lodge was a great decision for our group of snowmobilers. After finding out that the Tailwater Lodge was full, with no vacancy’s, I was able to download the Air B and B Application on my phone. It appeared that everything was booked due to a busy weekend full of snowmobile events. I was able to locate the Farm House which is right next door to the Tail water Lodge. After talking to the friendly host, this house was for our group. The Farm House sits directly on the trail and easily accessible from the back yard. From pictures and description it was hard to imagine this house, but it’s beautiful broken up into two suites on the first floor that each have their own bed, little kitchen, bathroom and living room with a pull out bed. The upstairs has a master style bedroom and bathroom, along with another room with bunk beds. All the rooms share the master main kitchen, along with a great room that had a pool table and tv. Great experience with the host and I would come back

We had a wonderful stay at Dean’s condo. Nice neighborhood. The place was very clean and neat. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. Hope to stay again when visiting in the area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Alice’s place. The house was cozy and spacious. The location was great and had easy access to dinning and shopping. Alice supplied some essentials and was very easy to communicate with. My family and I will definitely stay again anytime we need to visit Syracuse.

We loved that you had all new pots, pans, dishes etc. The beautiful new hot tub is heaven especially that it snowed our entire stay. It was a beautiful winter wonderland. Thanks for cleaning the driveway so we can get in and out with no issues. Planning to visit again in summer.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb while visiting family in Syracuse! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group, and the backyard was a great bonus especially for my two dogs. The location offered easy access to everything we needed in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was perfect for our long weekend. Very clean and very homey. Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make our Thanksgiving dinner right at the Airbnb. Courtyard is perfect. Location is ideal. Right above a bar but the sound insulated windows made it so easy to sleep. Would love to stay here again. Darn near perfect!

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.
