it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in Tabuk. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I unfortunately had to cancel my trip at the very last minute due to my daughter’s health, but I cannot thank Mr. Khalid and Azziz enough for their kindness and understanding during such a difficult time. They showed incredible empathy and support, going above and beyond by fully refunding my booking without hesitation. Their communication throughout was excellent – clear, prompt, and reassuring. It’s rare to find hosts who are not only professional but also genuinely compassionate. While I wasn’t able to stay at the property this time, their exemplary service has left a lasting impression. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great hosts who truly care about their guests. Thank you, Mr. Khalid and Azziz! I hope to stay at your property in the future under better circumstances.
