Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

Place is Nice & quiet; very private not crowded. I love the ambiance, just need some fixture like door knobs and needed to put outdoor shower or faucet to wash feet.

We enjoyed our short stay very much. Ms. Rica definitely knew what it meant, when you say that your place is “Pet Friendly”. Which is why this place was perfect for us. Her only rule was to clean up after our pets and make them wear diapers at all times which is just like what any other responsible fur parent would do. We have 2 fur babies along with us and most of the other listings or resorts we’ve inquired on says that they allow pets or that they are a “pet friendly” place but when you check their rules or you message them, they will say that its okay to bring pets but you have to bring a cage for them or that they cannot stay inside the house or room or that they cannot swim in the pool, or you have to pay an additional fee for them which i find very ironic to their “pet friendly” claim to their place. Good to know that there are places like Ms. Rica’s that allow pets to feel at home, She was very easy to communicate with, very accommodating to all of my queries and very nice!

The booking was very smooth even if I booked it a day before the planned trip. Yvonne’s very responsive and helpful, even her caretaker offered last minute grocery shopping and provided excellent instructions. It should have been a top notch experience if we are able to swim in the beach, but it isn’t Yvonne’s fault as the water’s on low tide during our stay. Overall, the place is worth every penny. It is relaxing, the pool is clean, the view is very pretty, the host and the caretaker are accommodating, the kitchen’s clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. It felt like home. I will definitely book again, but have to make sure that the sea water’s on high tide to enjoy the beach too! 😘

Big pool, Nice sunset, dirty kitchen, and nice big house. What you see in the pics is what you will get once you book here. Karaoke is not included in the amenities though, paid separate of 800 for the karaoke. Weekends have quick power interruptions. over-all, nice big place and full kitchen appliances 🫶🏻

I will highly recommend this place for a group of people . The place is spacious and has comfortalbe rooms. The staff were very responsive and accomodating to our needs esp Ms Mary Jane. We had a great fun staying in this place. Thank you so much Soler Resort

Ronna is responsive and her place has great views. You can see the mountains, clubhouse and the beach from the balcony. The balcony is also spacious — great for family dinners.

The room is so nice and clean. They really did prepare the unit to be so clean for the next guests. The view from the balcony is also so nice! The beds are so comfy to sleep in .. the kitchen is complete with the utensils and cookwares too! Had a little problem with the internet connection, the net is so slow.. i think thats on the PLDT side. Had a little problem as well on the parking, there’s no parking for senior citizens, its first come first serve basis. Other than that, everything is nice.

Overall, we had a great stay at The Leisure Club. Since the place has a pin on Google Maps, we were able to easily find it. When we arrived, the place looked like how it was advertised. There were a few things that needed fixing and more cleaning but it was not something that was severe enough to be unusable. There were also times that water would flow weakly from the shower and sinks. They were very lenient when it comes to pool usage which we loved so we were able to use it at late hours. They were also very generous in giving extra towels, tissue, etc. which is a plus for us. In conclusion, everyone enjoyed the place and the experience we had during our stay at The Leisure Club.

Outstanding 5-Star Airbnb Listing and Host! We had an amazing stay in Casa Maripas. The communication was seamless, and they made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The host went above and beyond by adjusting our check-in and checkout due to our work schedule so that we can enjoy the play. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy home away from home vibes. The beachfront and steel frame pool is also a plus! The host provided a local recommendation on a minute-away walk beach around the area that has a mini Boracay feel. Tita, their caretaker is very proactive and always offers help to us. They truly care about their guests' experience, making it unforgettable. We highly recommend them as a top-notch Airbnb Host and we are definitely going back to this place!

our first beach camp and def not the last!we had a great spot right in front of the sea..masama yung panahon unfortunately so we didn't catch the sunset..kaya babalik kami..malinis yung mga CR and the whole place itself..meh mga naanod lang siguro na plastic here and there..but the place is secluded and serene..dreaming of going back soon!

Our stay here was great. It was just sad that the internet inside was not working and we only shared the wifi outside the room, making it harder to connect inside the bedroom. But the staffs are everywhere so it was easy to communicate. Overall, it was very convenient and a nice staycation place.

Well first off let me jist say Hats down to Ms.Gabie for being a very nice and responsive host. answered all my makulit queries. Ms. Girlie and Kuya (didnt get his name) were both very attentive to our needs. other airbnbs should learn from them. Anyways the place is uh-mazing! I booked this place hoping my officemates, Ate Boss and my senior citizen mom will like it and no reklamos and I got a thumbs up from them. Eventhough there are no tv's the wifi connection is strong enough for mom to watch at my ate's laptop. Ok na daw sa kanya yon.haha...Basta may paraan lang. The water in the bathrooms are excellent except in the faucet of the first room in front of the beach. But very minimal, Ate Girlie gave us tabo and bins. Tsaka marami hugasan sa labas. Very safe naman and super serene place. Also Ms Gabie gave us more time to check out with no extra fees. Thank you po. We are all thinking of booking the place again for our New Years Eve vacay. Hopefully the place are still available.

We stayed at Sophia’s place for 1 night, although we wished we booked a few more. This is the best chill place for a family outing, and the place was very spacious for us. We have balikbayans who were very meticulous when it comes to hotels and b&b’s but they really loved the place. We had a problem with the water pressure at midnight, but I was surprised that the caretaker (Mae) was able to read my message and immediately turned on the water pump. We’re looking forward to booking this place again in the future. Thanks Sophia and Mae :)

I booked Brisa De Playa last minute for my Mom and some family friends to enjoy their Valentine's Day weekend, and it did not disappoint! Their customer service was top notch, and they were able to fulfill my various requests such as an early check-in, preparing a delicious Boodle Lunch for the group, and a late check-out. The property is huge with a beautiful pool & bonfire pit area, and the accommodations were great...especially the bus hotels (which were unique features)! The group had an enjoyable time! Their caretaker Sunshine was very accommodating as well, according to my Mom. We'll definitely recommend Brisa De Playa to our family and friends! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Host is very very nice and always attends to all our needs. She lent us some stuffs without a fee and arranged boating tour for us. The bed sheets and kitchen utensils are very much appreciated. Highly recommended!!!!

Ate Tere was really hands-on and attended to our needs. The place is just right for family gatherings.
