Our cute one bedroom guesthouse is brand new, extremely clean, and located in the Elmhurst neighborhood next to East Sac. Close to hospitals, CSUS and so much more. The bedroom has a CalKing size bed and the sofa pulls out into a full size bed. The guesthouse has ultra fast WiFi and 50" TVs. The full kitchen has what you need to cook your own meals. There is a washer and dryer located inside your guesthouse. Perfect for business or a quick get away for a family of 3. Self check-in provided.

Hendricks House. Simple luxury.

Hendricks House is an aesthetic masterpiece in the heart of East Sacramento. Tree-lined streets and beautiful architecture make for delightful walks to cafes and coffee shops. Our home was built in 2020 and offers the best of old world design with all the modern amenities. Close to three regional hospitals, CSUS and the state Capitol. Two bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace and on-site parking make it perfect for a family, a romantic getaway or business trip. Max=4

This is a spacious home, with a full kitchen, on a quiet dead end road. There is off street parking with security cameras. We offer our guests the use of the t.v./xbox and roku with hbo, Hulu. . We just finished some the interior, but are always trying to improve and update. it's an old house and isn't perfect. We are open to ideas! Let us know if there's any amenities you would like. Also, we are working diligently on a plan for our yard and garden coming fall 2026, a work in progress!

The cottage is located in one of Sacramento's best city neighborhoods, minutes from downtown, hospitals, Sacramento State University, and centrally located to all that Sacramento has to offer. Enjoy the cottage and its tranquil garden that can accommodate family, friends, and groups. A quiet city getaway!

Lila's Little House

Tastefully remodeled mid century bungalow in a wonderful tree lined neighborhood called Elmhurst (near UC Davis Medical center). Clean, private home in a great central location. Perfect for visiting nearby family and friends. Short walk to the UC Davis Medical Center (less than 1 mile) and East Sac's shops and restaurants. Easy access to major freeways and only 10 minutes to Midtown, downtown and the Capitol. Home is 2 Bedroom, 1.5 bath and approximately 1,069 sqft.

Betty's Bungalow - Walkable to UCD Medical Center!

Betty’s Bungalow is a newly constructed (built in 2021) guest house located behind our home. It has its own private entrance which is accessed through the main gate to our back yard and is completely separate from our house. At 370 square feet, it's comparable in size to a 1BR hotel suite. With vaulted ceilings, the space feels large and more open than a standard hotel suite. Easy access to Highway 50 and walking distance to East Sacramento's shops and restaurants.

Mariposa Cottage: Charming Peaceful Urban Oasis

Unwind in Mariposa Cottage, our cozy one-bedroom guesthouse, nestled in a safe, central, and family-friendly Sacramento neighborhood. Just one block from Colonial Park—a 2+ acre community space with a playground, kiddie pool, picnic areas, and sports facilities—you’ll find plenty to enjoy nearby. Only 12 minutes to downtown/midtown’s restaurants, entertainment, and activities, and minutes from UC Davis Medical Center, grocery stores, and more.

The Pallet Studio in East Sacramento

The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Large Comfy Cottage- Close to Downtown

Close to Downtown, Cal Expo, Airport, Sac State, UC, Davis, Discovery Park, and Golden One Center. Hiking Trails and River access close by. Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance.
