Ground floor studio apartment - below our home in the quaint village of Hihi beach. 10 minute drive to Mangonui. Opens to a lovely garden and street. The studio entails a comfortable queen bed, a 3 seater sofa bed, wardrobe. Kitchen comprises of a table & chairs, electric frypan, hotplate, microwave, toaster, fridge, tea coffee etc. Bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity. The apartment opens to a lovely deck with a BBQ, it's sunny and private. Great beaches, walks, parks, great fishing.

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!
