It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

OTC-022724 1 King bed, 1 bath private guest suite. Private entrance and HVAC controls. Living room with TV and kitchenette. Kitchenette has microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. you have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest suites. There is another guest unit adjacent to this one and you may hear noises from the nextdoor unit. If you are very sensitive to noise I would not recommend booking this.
