Place is peaceful, quiet & safe. We had a comfortable stay. All the bedrooms come with an attached bathroom, which is very convenient. Will definitely rebook when comes in big group.

The house is very spacious; our kids enjoyed themselves a lot with the swimming pool and all the indoor games. The bedrooms are more spacious too, with 2 double cots as shown and are very well maintained and very neat, with check-in and check-out. Sure will visit again. Our host Gilbert and his team are very responsible in replying to our queries.

Great place for big family gatherings with plenty of amentities available in the house to entertain different age groups. The pool table, huge karaoke lounge and the arcade gaming machine were indeed the hot favorites among the family not to mention the super big and spacious bathroom with bathtub! Host were responsive and location is super easy to get to everywhere. thumbs up.

We had an incredible stay at Gran Estancia! The property was immaculate, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that provided plenty of comfort for our family. The attention to detail—from the thoughtful amenities to the convenient location—made our experience truly memorable. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and we especially loved the private pool and the fairy lights. The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. Their proactive communication was a fantastic touch. The place was cosy and comfortable. Host was responsive and helpful. Enjoyed many of the amenities that the place had to offer. Swimming pool was clean. However, the fan at the bbq pit was abit dusty and some of the dust went into the food. Overall, we had a wonderful time with our friends. Would come here again.

The house was big. Our children loved the pool and the playground on the third floor. The house was relatively clean. The hosts were very responsive. It was 10mins from the checkpoint. There are numerous food spots nearby (kfc, mcdonalds and food truck). It's a 10min walk to them. Our families had a good time there.

Amazing Stay with Great Facilities! My friends and I had a fantastic experience at this homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with so many facilities that made the stay super comfortable. From a fully-equipped kitchen to relaxing common areas, everything was thoughtfully provided. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout. Customer service was top-notch as not only were they responsive they too were willing to accommodate to us. Especially when one of us forgot our laptop charger, they helped us to safeguard it and subsequently catered time for us to go collect. Great overall experience—highly recommend for anyone especially large groups looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

We had a wonderful time at D Nice Garden Villa. Yvonne and the rest of the Hometel Team were very helpful , responsive and most of all accommodating. The place felt very homey and welcoming, very clean and free of clutter. Though our stay was short but it was definitely a relaxing, good one. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Johor Bahru must consider this place.

Big house with 6 bedrooms, was able to accommodate my extended family of 9 with room to spare. We enjoyed the BBQ, KTV, mahjong and pool! There were security guards checking the entry and exit so we felt safe although the location was remote. Good place to catch up and spend holidays with family and friends. Thank you for hosting us!
